Eddie V's Prime Seafood in Scottsdale, AZ, hosted a corporate dinner for 25 guests, providing an elegant fine-dining experience with an exceptional seafood and steak menu, complemented by a cocktail lounge featuring live jazz. Valet parking was readily available for $11.00, and we received a warm welcome and escort to our private dining room. The classic steakhouse ambiance and highly professional service staff ensured attentive yet unobtrusive service; their presence was seamless and perfectly timed. The food arrived flawlessly paced and prepared to perfection. We extend our appreciation to Manager Richard Schumacher for his well-trained team and for taking the time to greet us. I would give the service a TEN!! The Chilean sea bass,center-cut filet, and truffle mac and cheese all received high praise, with all guests thoroughly enjoying their meals. The evening was a resounding success, leaving everyone in high spirits and deeply appreciative of the exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend Eddie V's Prime Seafood and eagerly anticipate our next visit.

We had a really lovely time celebrating our friends birthday. Food was fantastic, service was great. I LOVED the yellowtail crudo with ponzu and chilies. Truffle Mac & cheese is a must side dish. My only complaints were that they didn’t turn on the house music when the live music was not playing - it was dead silent in the restaurant when they weren’t playing- just spoiled the ambience and was super awkward. Also, we had a wobbly table that was just a bother the whole night. Other than those things it was a delightful meal.

Oh, what a night, wow! As many times as we have been there, we usually only sit at the bar to have cocktails and appetizers, but because it was Restaurant week, we decided to venture out and we were not disappointed! Jared took care of us tonight, I love his personality and his descriptions of the specials, but he also helped me pick out the perfect glass of vine! Priest Cabernet, delicious. Deborah, Richard, Steuart, Jared, Brandon, (argh, I forgot the other names). They made our night special and memorable.
Hi, good morning The Caesar salad was delicious although I prefer black anchovies over the white. I had the black cod on the restaurant week menu, it was cooked perfect! My husband had the fillet mignon scampi, cooked perfectly, we finished with the bananas Foster.
I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed this evening. We spoke to the GM and the managers about setting up some kind of chef table, wine tasting, we are really into that, they let us know that we are top on the list. Anyway, our experience there was absolutely fabulous and we really enjoyed the live music in the background. God bless you all. This was fabulous, thank you.

Took my wife here for for her birthday. I had flowers delivered to the restaurant. Without having to ask the Eddie V staff/management, they had the flowers set up at the table when we arrived, and they also sat us in a beautiful booth a bit separated from the rest of the tables. The food lived up to the hype, and most importantly my wife enjoyed her experience.

My only very big bone to pick with this establishment is that at one point, our waiter reached directly over my wife’s salad to place a steak knife to the right of her plate. His arm was centimeters away from her food. He didn’t ask to pardon his reach. That behavior felt very out of place in a fine dining restaurant. And to be honest, he didn’t look pleased when he saw that he was serving us. We may possibly return, but I wouldn’t care to have that server again. It’s unfortunate because the other birthday reviews seem to express that their server was an absolute joy. I wonder what the difference is.

First dining experience here, but we have enjoyed all the local steakhouses including Steak 44, Elliott’s, and their neighbor Dominick’s, all offering equal excellent service and steaks. Our server was unfriendly and rushed, made it apparent he just wanted to flip our table. In spite of all the support staff standing against the wall, we had to flag people down for water and tea refills. There were at least 4 times my husband flagged down a staff member. I was never offered a 2nd cocktail or provided a wine list to complement the steak and since our server rarely stopped to do anything but drop something at the table (literally dropping a fork in my lap and spilling another tables beer), I never got to ask for it. The pictures depict that easily 3-4 oz of my 8oz filet was pure fat and inedible. I’ve never had that happen at any steakhouse-the kitchen never should have cooked and served this to a customer. Took it home for the dogs. For being in such an ideal location and the beauty of the space, service and the steaks were extremely low grade and given this was our first experience, we will not return. The banana cake and the free bread were the only highlights but not special.
