We are thrilled to have found this gem of a Hilton! What a treat to be right on the ocean with amazing views and the sound of the sea. The room was spectacular with a large balcony with chairs facing the ocean. The bed was very comfortable, and with the electric fireplace, the ambiance was unbeatable. We also really enjoyed the soaking tub and huge shower!

We also really appreciated the history of the hotel. They/owners/Hilton were good to preserve some of the history of the property and you can read about it in one of the hallways.

What makes this place even more special is the staff. Every staff member we interacted with displayed the utmost professionalism, and were ready to go above and beyond to accommodate every need.

We cannot wait for our next visit.

We make this an annual visit because it far surpasses anything else! While staying at the Madison Beach Hotel, we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Special mention and thanks to Sarah and Diana! Valets are professional, and extremely accommodating, shout out to Joe and John. The first evening we had cocktails, and dinner at the Wharf Restaurant. We enjoyed their chowder & appetizers. We also enjoyed a delicious brunch on Sunday. The hotel and Wharf restaurant offers one of the best views as well as a warm, inviting atmosphere. Brent, restaurant manager, was gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend a visit here as well as a stay at the lovely & classic Madison Beach Hotel.

I would give you 10 stars if I could! Waheid, Madison, Amanda, Mike and the other valet gentleman were amazing and extremely accommodating! I wanted to make this stay extremely special and you all went above and beyond from the very moment I pulled up to the hotel. We felt like royalty. Martha at the bar & restaurant went above & beyond to accommodate our questions and special item requests. She never rushed us & we were glad to see her both Saturday & Sunday due to a snow storm where staff stayed around overnite! Thank you, Martha, & everyone on staff during the snow weekend!!

Honestly, given the cost, quite disappointing. Excellent service mostly and kind and professional staff. View was incredible from the balcony off our room. However, the louvered door fell off the track and wasn't fixed during the 90 minutes we went to dinner. The food was not good, but the lovely and accommodating server took the one entree off our check, which was appreciated. TV wasn't a smart TV, which it should be at a hotel of this caliber.

If we at least received some kind of feedback about the louvered door not being fixed that would have been nice. I understand if there wasn't time before we returned to go to bed but nothing, not even a note or text or call.

Update: The manager graciously and personally reached out to me to apologize for the details I found lacking and got my full feedback so they could address my concerns.

Once again, Hilton and their properties understanding the service industry and importance of repeat business and client satisfaction. Well done.

Being back to visit family and friends this place is perfect. The staff is so accommodating, from the valet to the front desk. We decided to stay another night and Matthew performed a magic trick so we didn’t have to switch rooms. Beds are comfy and the Ocean view is amazing. Love walking to Madison Center and seeing all the beautiful beach houses.
Great location to do all the things the shoreline has to offer.

This was my second visit to the Madison Beach Hotel, and it has become one of my favorites! We were upgraded to the Captain’s Quarters — a spacious, beautifully decorated apartment with a full kitchen! What an amazing, fun surprise! Thank you, Wahied! We took advantage of the spa, and I can’t say enough good things about my masseur, Dave, who also does energy work. He is truly a master! And at the front desk, Matthew patiently answered all of our questions and told us interesting stories about the history of the hotel. These three people are such a great part of the hotel experience. We can’t wait to go back!

I stay at this wonderful hotel 2-3 times a year during all different seasons. The rooms are all beautiful with balcony ocean views. The Wharf Restaurant’s food is delicious. The entire staff from Valet to Front Desk to room attendants to bar & wait staff are all amazing. I want to recognize Matthew at the front desk for his exceptional friendly service.
