We stayed here as a family for a few nights and cannot recommend enough. Cindy, the front desk manager was so amazing. She helped my family with everything! She worked so hard to find us connecting rooms, gave my kids toys to play with, and found us a car service to take us to town! She went above and beyond. The hotel is great for kids and close to town! Highly recommend.

Very elegant hotel. Stayed here for the weekend for an event being hosted inside the hotel. Immaculately clean inside the hotel as well as the rooms. Elegant front lobby and really enjoyed the bar. Did not get to eat at the restaurant but heard from fellow colleagues that it was wonderful. There is also a salon spa at this location but was not willing to pay the prices that they were asking for. It's a bit overpriced.

Our room was big with a comfy king bed. Good water pressure in the shower. Less 1 star because not much food options/choices in the hotel. Better bring your own foods.

To start off, as we checked the staff weren’t particularly friendly. Next as we were in the room, the vent above the shower-head was extremely dusty and irritating the air quality. Additionally, as we were sleeping a/c was quite loud and we could hear very clearly the people that stayed next to our room. Finally, the mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on with the dirty bedsheet you could see under the light. All in all the service that was provided did not justify the price we paid.

We used the Mystic Marriott for our wedding room block and we are so glad we did! Heather, our point person, was organized, patient, and attentive through the process. The hotel is beautiful and has several onsite amenities that make it a stand out location. The hotel staff were wonderful; even helping to resolve several issues with other hotel patrons (not in our group) quickly and appropriately. We felt welcome and cared for during our stay.

Wonderful hotel. I wish I was staying longer than 1 night. If I'm ever in this area again I will go out of my way to stay in this wonderful place. Staff on the front desk very nice! The pool and bar looked great. ||The checking-in process was very smooth.

This was very easy to find, right off the exit. There was plenty of parking available. Checking through the app was super easy. Keyless was unfortunately unavailable at the time of my stay. Breakfast and dinner on site were great. I was at a conference and the catering that the hotel provided was one of the best I've had at a conference. The room was great. Updated with plenty of room. I'd stay here again if I ever needed to.

Reception staff were lovely but guests' children were allowed to run wild.

Expensive for what you get.

Great staff in the Starbucks concession. I recommend the Cayenne pepper mocha, life changing!
