Alchemy Celebrations was absolutely incredible. Working with Bill and Monica was such a delight. They were not only thoughtful in their approach to planning our event, but Bill really took the time to understand who we were and what we wanted to make our event personal and special. His vision and attention to detail was clear and communicated throughout the entire process. Trusting him was the best decision I made when I first started the party planning process. I would highly recommend Alchemy to anyone who wants to have an event run flawlessly, and trust that it will be planned to the highest of standards, kindness, and professionalism.

Festivities was a dream to work with. From the moment we started, Roe, and her whole team, heard our vision and dream and brought an incredible amount of creative talent and professionalism to bring all of it to light. They were truly the best to work with. On top of that, her brother does the catering, and I am still getting comments about how AMAZING the food was, which rarely happens at weddings/large events. I cannot thank Festivities and Roe enough for being the best company and team and for understanding us. The best of the best!!!

The Festivities team did an unbelievable time catering our wedding!! From the very start, they understood our concept and what we wanted to do and executed it perfectly. Being a gluten free/celiac person -I’m sure anyone can understand putting “trust” into an outside vendor but Festivities was able to do a beautiful job. Not only did we think that but everyone at our wedding thought the same thing. We had multiple comments throughout the night and in our guestbook saying, “best food at any wedding I’ve been too” and also “healthiest food”. The desserts were all gluten free and there was such a special feel to it being able to go up and not having to worry about what I could/could not eat. The staff was also incredible. Big shout out to “Scott” who ensured the bride and groom were okay throughout the entire night. I would highly recommend festivities to anyone getting married or even having any time of event. They did a fabulous job!! Thank you to the entire team.

Bill and the team at Festivities are incredible. With three weeks notice, they planned a seated dinner party for 10 at our home. I described the vibe I was looking for and Bill delivered a menu and design scheme that absolutely nailed it. The food was delicious, the staff (server, bartender and chef) were professional but not stuffy and Festivities handled absolutely everything from the flowers to the linen rentals. I was able to enjoy the party knowing that they had everything under control. I would recommend them to everyone!

The communication leading up to the contract signing/final menu (ended up being 1 week before the wedding) was very difficult, drawn out, and at times, condescending. I ended up drafting a revised final version of the contract for them to sign, which they did, since they couldn’t get it right numerous times.

Delays were followed up with endless excuses after many attempts on my end to make contact. I understand that life happens, but to not have a backup to take care of clients in the absence of others is unprofessional.

1 of the 2 bar staff had never made a drink a day in their lives - but I can’t fault him for this. He was very friendly and tried. The staff the day of were very kind and accommodating.

Food was nothing special, bland - but decent. Also sounds like not all 6 of the passed apps were served although I cannot confirm since I was not there the whole time. 4 days since the event and haven’t heard a word from anybody on their end to check in and see how it went.

Overall, you can expect disorganization poor communication and less than great food.

Festivities helped us plan the wedding of our dreams amidst a pandemic - not an easy feat! Roe was so flexible and 'on it' the entire time, and everything came together exactly how we had hoped. The food was delicious, the decor was beautiful and everything went off without a hitch. It was truly a memorable day and could not have happened without the Festivities team.

I can not say enough good things about Roe and Bruce! We used them for our wedding the other weekend and it was a dream! Roe’s attention to detail and professionalism helped create the wedding of our dreams. Along with Roe’s wedding planning guidance, Bruce’s photographs captured the evening! We received access to our gallery and each and every photo made us smile!

Not only was the evening perfect, but Roe helped us plan from afar, as my husband and I live in Atlanta. Roe also helped us navigate COVID.

Roe and her team are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her to any couple!

What a pleasure to work with Bill and Roe at Festivities. They certainly know how to make any event feel like a celebration! From the planning all the way to the end of the party, everything they do is what you would wish for. It goes without mention that the food, and how it is served, is both delicious and beautiful. Always a wonderful experience!
