Macie Elliott "Director of Racquets" booked a private lesson for my husband to play tennis, as he was considering becoming a member. She said it would be $90 an hour and that he had to pay by Venmo only. When he arrived for his appointment she kicked him out - no explanation. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and lost potential local and long term members.
