THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD!!!
Received my cpap machine, after 3 months of compliance and full pcp approval a manager at Doyle’s told me that the machine was mine to keep. After about 8 months I was moving to NJ and they called me to say I have to go through compliance again and repossessed the cpap. I believe it was only because I tried to transfer to another Medical Supply place. I was never told that my compliance will be checked again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I had a wonderful experience at Doyles yesterday. They were super helpful in getting me the right equipment for my broken ankle and were very accommodating when I kept changing my mind on what to take. The owner was super friendly and helpful. I'm renting what I need. He gave me multiple options and made sure the staff knew what I was ultimately doing. I was still there after their closing hours but no one rushed me. The scooter has been a game changer for me. I will certainly use them again.

Have never had an issue with any employee at Doyle’s. John and his team do a stellar job of installation, getting products out and educating staff on products. They are very accommodating and understanding. Very fortunate to have worked with such a great company both professionally and personally.

I worked as a private cna and any time I had a problem I would call Steve. He’s my nephew. Steve would come and rectify the problem.If a day time problem I would call Doyle’s directly. Always prompt and courteous. My mom needs care. Who do you call with a problem. Steve I’m sure everyone at Doyle’s is as helpful. Even yesterday a friend had an issue with his wheelchair. A phone call and issue was solved. I don’t understand why the low rating. I don’t go by ratings. Doyle’s have been around for years serving the community. I’ve never heard anything bad. I tried to write a review just now on google. Didn’t have a clue how to do it. I stand behind Doyle’s and there service 100 percent.

I work with many clients that has Doyle's med supply. I also have work with them to get my clients monthly need. They all are polite and respectful. Walking in you meet Katy. She knows her stuff. I also met Amy, for cpap machine . She is always positive vibe and welcoming. This site gets an A+ for services and medical needs. This will be your one stop location. I'm amazed at how low their rating is to be honest. I've never had a problem with them , they always were very kind to me and have always provided what I needed for a reasonable price. They always were there for my grandmother and grandfather as well and I've never had a bad experience with them . I have to question the honesty of the people being so negative as it is in stark contrast to my experiences with Doyle's in Torrington CT over the last 10 years.
