Elena was absolute joy to work with in planning our dream wedding. She is incredibly organized, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect day.

Elena excels in communication, coordinating vendors, and handling logistics. She read through the hundreds of emails we exchanged with vendors leading up to the big day and was up to date with every detail.

Here are just a few examples of how she went above and beyond. My parents have never been to a Western wedding before and were feeling overwhelmed. Elena not only had a meeting with them in Mandarin Chinese to review the timeline, she created a personalized schedule in Chinese for them, and was so attentive to their comfort during the wedding day itself. They couldn't stop gushing about how wonderful she was! We ended up adding a couple of last-minute vendors, including a lion dance. She expertly weaved them in and coordinated with the other vendors, and the performance was stunning. She also took charge of setting up our arch when other vendors were unsure. I was very particular about wedding decor and we had a 12-page list of decor to set up! Elena did it all perfectly down to the last detail, and even found some creative uses for extra decor that were a beautiful touch.

Our wedding day was flawless, thanks to Elena and her team's calm and organized approach. We were able to relax and enjoy the day while they worked tirelessly behind the scenes. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and would give her 100 stars if we could.
