Whenever I try to communicate with them, they don't listen to me. They removed a stop and left my son at another one. They only said that they would fix it, but their drivers say that they don't have orders and continue to leave my son in the middle of a very busy street.

My sons bus company. I haven’t had any problems/issues really at all. Dispatcher is kind, and gets you any answers! I love my sons driver and aide,last year as well! Took very good care of my son! Also my boy gets sick on the long rides, and they deal with it so well! I always take his trash and anything with me when we take him off, and they appreciate it! Good people, I’m happy with their service!!

This is the Bus charter that my school has a contract with, and by far the Best charter. The drivers are super nice and know where the student lives except bus 253 (WHHS Bus F) but other than that all the other buses are very neat thé seats are comfterble and I sometimes fall asleep in my seat on the way home from a 6 hour school day. Other than that there's nothing else I have to say.

What a terrible experience with Winkle bus company. My daughter goes to a private school that does not offer transportation. I have to pay for transportation from Winkle Bus company for the 2021/2022 school year of $1200.00. The bus driver in the afternoon is rude, unreliable, forgetful, and most importantly not PUNCTUAL. My daughter gets out most days at 2:10. She then has to wait for the bus to come around 3:10-4:00. Sometimes the bus comes at 3:30/4:00/4:10. Sometimes they forget my daughter. There have been rainy days that my daughter has had to wait outside and call me bc the bus DIDNOT come. I contacted the school and asked for their help to see if there was any other transportation. I called Winkle Bus Co numerous times. No one ever seemed to be sorry or Sympathetic at all. My daughter no longer wants to be on the bus in the afternoon bc of the driver but she has no choice. Winkle bus company can’t even contact their drivers to let me know where the bus is? I have to leave work or call someone to get my daughter. I couldn’t be anymore dissatisfied with this experience. This is what $1200.00 gets you.

This company is awesome. I love the way they treat the children and how they don't leave any kids behind. Driving kids to school and back home its not an easy job, specially when the kids are rude. Therefore I give this drivers a 10+... Good Job guys keep your heads up and don't worry about what people can say, everybody can talk when they not the ones wearing your shoes...

It’s the first day of school my child’s bus was over an hour late the school nor the bus company called to inform us of this meanwhile I am sitting here at the bus stop worried sick over my child could not get through to the school or the bus company. This is so negligent!!!! I understand things are a little crazy right now with Covid and the first day of school however parent should be notified of where their children are at all times and when they will be arriving. I will be contacting the superintendent of West Haven schools

This Bus Company is a Joke the Women Ashley who answers the phone has the nastiest attitude towards Parents calling with questions about bus stops and changing them, it’s unfair to children who have to walk to school at the crack of dawn just to make it On Time and to the parents who pay taxes and still have to get up in the morning to brings their children to school Everyday. Its very inconsistent of Winkle and if it wasnt up to the company I would bring it to the City.
