These guys are amazing. Thank you Bobby and Landon. Bobby was especially knowledgeable and thorough and was able to find a part for our 20 year old heater when it was almost non-existent and even offered to come on Saturday to install it if it didn't come till later today. Will be using Air Quality HVAC for all of our hvac needs. Highly recommend them.

Rich and his crew are awesome and very knowledgeable people. Rich came out and gave an honest and extremely reasonable estimate. He was very thorough and professional. He was on time, open to questions and ensuring I understood his explanations.

Scheduled us in less than week after we accepted the estimate, his guys were great. They were on time, did clean and fast work. Very respectful crew and made sure to keep everyone in the loop as for time.

Finally, the system runs great. We got a Daiken Mini Split Heat Pump System 2 Zone and let me just say, the immediate difference I felt was perfect. We went from having absolutely no AC/heating in that section of the building to feet kicked up on my desk and the room stays at a cool 68 degrees 🤩! Overall, amazing job. 10/10 recommend and will always come back if needed. Thank you Air Quality HVAC!

Had a pin hole leak and only warm water to shower. Bobby came out to fix. Examined boiler and fixed leak. Found blender valve and coil blocked on unit. Couldn't fix that day, but researched and called me back after locating a coil for my older unit. Came back and fixed blender valve and installed coil, better than it was. Appreciate the fantastic correspondence and answering my questions. Able to text and respond to coordinate the fix. Bobby was a professional and pleasure to work with. Reasonable price for a job well done and well represented. Recommend.

We've been customers of Air Quality HVAC for a couple of years now. Last year, our AC wasn't quite up to par on the first heat wave of the season and Air Quality came out right away and discovered our Freon was extremely low. After filling it, talking about how it had been filled the previous year as well, the age of the system and the type of Freon our ancient system was using, we knew that last summer was likely going to be it for that old one. This spring we made the call to Air Quality to come out and give us an estimate for an entire new HVAC. Rich offered to come out the next day, unfortunately I was unavailable that day but he was more than accommodating to my schedule and was able to come out the day after. He looked out our system, we talked about what our needs were, how much we wanted to spend and explained how and what would be done and included in their service. Rich said he would work up some quotes and email them to me no later than the next day. He actually had to me to me within a couple of hours. After my husband and I compared the two systems we received quotes for and choosing the one that met our needs, we contacted Rich and went ahead. Parts were ordered and here it is, two weeks later and we have a beautiful new system. The guys that came out for installation did a beautiful job, were wonderful and made a couple modifications to our ductwork that will make our lives much more comfortable during the seasons. They noticed a couple of minor repairs to some of our other ducts in our basement (seals) that needed to be done and told us how we could easily do it ourselves (and we already have!). We highly recommend Air Quality HVAC services, they are professional, knowledgeable and honest.
