We ordered tires online by year/make/model, the website said the tires fit and they were the same size as what was on the car. We waited longer for the tires to ship to Walmart than it would have taken to ship to our home, for the mounting appointment. We drove an hour for the appointment. The tire center said they didn't fit and they couldn't install them because the speed rating (for an all terrain tire) was different than the OEM recommendation for passenger tires. We waited longer, we drove longer, to have them pile the tires into the back of the car and send us packing. If the website says they fit and has you make an install appointment, they need to fit and be installed. Period. (the tires fit fine, all terrain tires always have a lower speed rating than passenger tires)

This place is beyond horrible. I had called previously about scheduling an appointment for my tires to be replaced & was told they wouldn’t take appointments over the phone & they operated on a first come-first serve basis. My husband stopped by yesterday early afternoon to take my truck for new tires. He was told it was a 5.5 hour wait so he advised he would come back the next morning. He takes the truck there this morning not very long after the shop opened & was told that they are booked with appointments for tire installation until 2 pm today & he would have to come back. Does not a single employee in this shop understand customer service? How about offering to schedule someone for an actual appointment if you offer them. My husband left there advising me ‘they obviously don’t want our business so I will take the truck some place else to spend our money.’ Great job Walmart Auto ‘care’ center. This place is a joke!

I went in today to have 4 tires put on my vehicle. I was told after I signed the service order that it would be a 3hr wait and once the vehicle is in the bay it would be done in 45min-1hr. Ok no problem... I waited over 4 hrs before my vehicle was pulled into the bay and over 2 hrs from the time it entered the bay until it was done. I have never been to a worse place to get tires. The technicians stand around and talk more then they work. They are lazy. The service writer Heidi was very nice and hard working. I can’t say that about one other person there. I will never go back. Also, I have never written a negative review before. This one is truly deserving of this review.

I went for an oil change was there at 10 after 7 the store was supposed to open at 7 there was one car in front of me that man had been there since 6:30 in the morning the men in the bay we're just standing around not helping the customers. They did not unchain the line until 7:28 the girl behind the counter was very helpful. The men working in the bay need to learn about good customer service! They need to have coffee and chat on their time not make the customers wait.

Came here just to get 2 new tires put on my car. Only to leave with one of my rims not attached. The worker explained to me that they lost the lug-nuts to one of my rims and don't have replacement. Went to 2 auto zones to look for them and not 1 store sell my size. Until this day I am driving around with one rim missing. If I come with four rims attached,I should have left with four rims still attached. Warning to all: You get what you pay for. 1st time coming here and is my last time.

I came here after Mr Tire wanted to charge $20-$30 more for an oil change with the same kind of oil. The wait time can be challenging, but get there early!!! Technicians are friendly and do their best to keep people satisfied. I wish the waiting room was a little more comfortable or had some magazines or a place to charge your phone. Even with a wait, I will take that verses being overcharged.
