100 across the board!! Did they have great deals/pricing? YES! Did they have excellent communication and answer all my questions and concerns? YES! Did they accommodate me when I wanted to add to my order? YES! Were they there on time for delivery and set up? TO THE VERY MINUTE YES! Did they set up fast and were they friendly? DOUBLE YES! This company made the rental process super easy and accommodating. Even though I never changed the original date I did call in and ask and they were willing to work with me on changing the date free of charge as long as the combo unit was still available. The rain did pass over so the event stayed in place. It was a wonderful time for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. The staff arrived promptly for both set up and clean up. Everything was handled professionally and I will be using them next year for every birthday and summer party going forward. Great local business!!

Such a great choice for my son’s first birthday there were soooo many kiddos and this helped keep them happy! Delivery, service and easy to contact was of high priority to me and they delivered. Will definitely use them again!

Thank you Backyard Adventures for helping to make our event super special! The kids had an amazing time. The inflatables arrived and were ready to go an hour early. I was well informed about how to work the inflatables and the generator in the event something unexpected happened. The bigger kids also enjoyed challenging each other to a game of Connect 4. I will definitely be using you all again for future events as well as recommending you all to everyone I know.🤗

I cant tell you how special this company made my parents Golden Anniversary! They set up a white 20 x 20 tent on time without spoiling our surprise 50th anniversary party for my mom and dad, and they were so nice and prompt. Taking down the tent was like clockwork and went smoothly. I highly recommend this company! Thank you for working with us to do something special for our parents!

We will definitely be using this company for our next event. We reserved eight 8’ tables. They were plastic, clean, and in very good condition. Another company we had used before gave us old, wooden, and damaged tables . James and Chad were both awesome. They are both Knowles and they stick to there word. Very, very professional and they stuck to their delivery and pickup times. Like I stated before. We are definitely using them again for our next event.
