My husband and I participated in our granddaughter's Sweet 16 birthday celebration at Loblolly Acres. I would like to say that the venue was beautiful with a rustic look. But overall, the atmosphere was rather uncomfortable, leaving us feeling uneasy. During a stroll outside the property, we noticed a woman observing us intently with each step we took, feeling very uncomfortable. I would also like to mention that other guests experience the same thing. Upon inquiring later, I learned that she was the owner.
" Karen " ( Cheryl Epps) I find this behavior to be quite disrespectful, unprofessional, and unsettling. I hope this person gains knowledge of this situation in the future because this is not good for business.
If I had a choice, I would give a "0" star!

I have been to this venue on several occasions, weddings, concerts and my kids favorite pumpkin patch Sundays. Loblolly is so beautiful, it is Delawares hidden gem. Thank you so much for sharing your land for us to have these amazing experiences.

The wedding venue was absolutely amazing! We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant setting for their special day. The venue itself was stunning, with beautiful flowers, assorted pumpkins beautiful trees with fall leaves and well-maintained grounds. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of.The service was top-notch, with the staff always available to assist with any requests or concerns. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience at this 5-star wedding venue.
