Total scam - do not purchase this membership. Nothing has been as advertised - reservation phone service is poor and you can find nothing online unless you want to go skiing or go to Daytona Beach. Only once (out of 5 tries) were they able to find a room for me at a destination I wanted and the price was $10 cheaper than me reserving myself - not enough savings to pay for this program. It doesn't even save enough to cover the yearly fee. I think they take advantage of older people. I turned them into BBB and they lied saying they gave me offerings which were untrue - they were to locations I was not interested in. Their management was supposed to contact me and that hasn't happened yet.
