Rooms could use some updating but not bad. Clean. Slow TV streaming.
Overall a decent value (especially non-weekend rates). One disappointment is no free breakfast. You can’t beat the location if you’re visiting UD, unless you’re right on Main Street (Hyatt), and of course you’ll pay for that convenience.

The rooms are as expected for a courtyard as part of the Marriott brands but for someone that’s been with Marriott 12+ years now, the service is amazing. Front desk Michael has provided great service time and time again for a business traveler like me, makes a huge difference.

As a UD mama and Marriott gal I’m soooo stoked to have a Marriott right on the UD campus and right across the street from my girl!! I was checked in early, greeted with warmth and kindness, and given the usual Marriott love! My room was clean and smelling sanitized. It was in pristine condition. I’m so excited to be here this weekend. Thanks Marriott!

If you’re looking for a lovely, quiet place to stay, this is it! I stayed here for work a couple of times and everyone here is amazing. The front desk is always warm and welcoming, the rooms are spacious, and please go see Joe at the bar! If you’re traveling he makes you feel right at home. He has the best stories and really takes care of the guests. I have rarely met someone so caring! The hospitality at this hotel makes me want to come back just because!
