I wanted to buy snorkeling gear in person so I could make sure it fit instead of ordering online. I told them I was willing to spend more to get gear that fit. They seemed a bit impatient and didn’t care if I bought the cheapest or most expensive stuff. The mask that “fit” based on their test did not work for me. The seal didn’t hold, so I had to keep it so tight that it hurt for any attempt at a seal. The fins that they said fit well were slightly uncomfortable in short practice swims. The fins completely destroyed my feet with open wounds despite wearing socks with them during my trip (after 2 days of them hurting). I don’t know if they don’t know how to fit equipment or just don’t care, but I definitely do not recommend them.

Great school. Great instructors. Even online orders Can't beat the prices, top name products , New and used equipment.
For anyone needing this is the place you want to go.
The Knowledge and quality of care they carry here is 100%. Programs for young children too. Family friendly atmosphere. Whatever the dive cert u need , they have you covered.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I wanted to get my CO2 canister refilled, and I was patronized for it. When I asked for a CO2 refill, the gentleman was disgusted in filling a kegerator sized canister. A zero star is warranted because their customer service was judgmental, and the employee stated my request "was for degenerates." I hope the owener responds because it was borderline pathetic in how they treated me.

I got my open water certification here and did check outs at another location where they greatly praised the training that I got at Scuba World. That has now happened more than once. Great people and very professional. A great group to be around!

Great experience... best instructors I have ever had... very patient. awsome service department....repaired my regulator even after 2 other shops told me it would never work again!!!!! Would never go anywhere else!!!!!!!
