Tish and all staff made us feel welcome and appreciated,it was so nice since we travel frequently and rarely get such great hospitality! Rooms are large,beds are comfortable,breakfast room is well stocked and everything is clean! Great job!

Last night i was booking a room at the dover MD location and was frustrated to find the rate structure and deceitful practice.
All direct through your site!!

Positive: The front desk and staff was very friendly. Great customer service. Negative: I was very disappointed this time. The room was out dated and behind the toilet was not clean properly. When I was taking a shower a spider came out the fault. I almost hurt myself trying to get out

Stayed 6 days. Great pool. Everything worked, was well stocked including the free breakfasts. I would def stay there again. Minor issues, the hot tub and jets could be hotter and stronger. Didn't care for hair in some towels and on the floor of the bathroom ... But got new towels. Staff had lots of personalities - from quirt and polite to very outgoing. All very accommodating .

Checked in was great on a Friday night after driving for hours! Got to the room and it was very clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. Woke up to the best hotel breakfast, everything was fresh and the seating area was kept clean. Enjoyed the spa area. The pool and hot tub was extremely clean you could tell they keep everything up-to-date, it was so relaxing. Good parking. One of the bedding needed to be changed after they came cleaned, and did their rounds but they didn’t have a a problem changing the bedding for me after I something spilled on it. Customer service was extremely friendly they made me feel very comfortable.
Wish I didn’t have to leave. I will be BACK!
