Wonderful hard working staff that did everything they could to be accommodating. Clean room, comfortable bed, free parking, breakfast bar, and a great location.
I felt safe here.

It does smell like cigarettes and marijuana in the hallway - overwhelmingly so but if you’re not a complainy punk that can appreciate the value and an overall comfortable stay it’s fine. You’re not staying in the hallway after all. Read the reviews if these things bother you don’t come here. But if you’re looking for a decent hotel at a good price, this is the spot.

Stay away from this place. Best westerns are usually nice but this one was pretty bad. Hallways and rooms smell like cigarettes, there was a brown stain on my new sheets the first night, breakfast is not super good, stairs are sticky. Anywhere but here!!

My room smelled Muggy and like an old fart. the hallway smells like cigarettes and weed. there were roaches in my room, a pregnant one was in the bathroom while I went to brush my teeth.. dont stay in room 116, its nasty.

It's 1am. on our 2nd day night here, and we just checked out early:
1) arrived to find lobby smells like weed
2) I'm pretty sure the front desk guy was high.
3) hallways were a mix of cigarettes amd weed.
4) the fire department just was there at 1am because of a smell of smoke.....probably weed
5) The shower head screams in use but also has one stream that sprays enough to be uncomfortable. Bath tub spigot was coming off the wall
6) The neighborhood is run down.
This is the kind of place that you bring your date to who you pay for by the hour.

This is the message I received from the guest I had staying at BW:
Hello, my name is Nahashon Ogutu I arrived at the hotel on Friday afternoon October 18, 2024. When I first arrived to the hotel, I was assigned a room, which was extremely dirty. There was grass on the bed, even after the bed was made. There was also some kind of substance spilled and crusted onto the floor and at the edge of the bed. When I lifted up the blankets off of the mattress, it was the very dirty full of this brownish, reddish substance.

I went to the front desk and complained about the situation in the room and requested to be transferred to another room. When I was given a new room, I noticed a mouse trap in the corner, hidden behind the trashcan, but still in Plain view right across from my room. When I went inside the room, I did my usual hotel inspection and found another mouse trap inside the room. This mattress was also dirty under the blankets as well as the rest of the room. I could tell they did not take their time to clean the room as there were crumbs everywhere and stains on the lamps, etc.

I had put my things down without unpacking and took a quick nap and noticed what seemed like a bite on my leg. I later left the hotel and came back that night, and I had left my shoes up on the counter to avoid any mice getting into my shoes given that I had found the mouse trap. When I went to move my shoes there were roaches running away from my shoes at which point I had decided that I was going to leave.

I did not manage to get a photo of the mattress and other things but I did manage to get a photo of one of the roaches before it ran away and the mouse traps. They are attached to this email.

Key cards didn't work for the outer doors. Causing us to use only the front entrance when our room was in the rear of the building. Stains (clearly washed just visible stains) on the sheets. Shower nozzle was stripped making it difficult to shower.
You get what you pay for.

Positive: Location Negative: Very dirty. Nobody cleaned the toilets before we arrived and there was an old bar of soap on the sink. The room smelled of smoke and it was a non smoking room. Very disgusting

Located literally right off highway and next to McDonald’s and Arby’s. I stayed here as a great option to save travel time on my return trip from a gig down the beaches. Nice staff. Breakfast was ok. Coffee and various options. Didn’t visit pool but looks neat. Obviously this hotel has some smokers staying there as it is noticeable upon wandering of the halls. Staff were very talkative and friendly. Room was clean and stocked. I only spent maybe 5 or 6 hours here tops for disco nap, breakfast and shower as I was passing through. Not the BEST best western I been to, but definitely not the worst.
