We had a great time. Jeff (the Captain) and Mary (the bartender) were great. Very knowledgeable about the area. It was nice to see some wildlife too. Jeff even pulled up close so we could see an eagle nest along the river edge. Love to come back sometime and do the happy hour cruise during the week sometime. Didn’t even realize the boat had a full bar. What a nice surprise!

We had a great trip and our captain was excellent, she had a great attitude and not only stopped to tell us details about the canal but also made sure we were able to get beautiful photos of the sunset. I highly recommend taking the sunset cruise on this boat in particular.

What a great cruise! Had a terrific time, some of which was due to the other fabulous guests, but the crew was great! Had the pleasure of cruising with the minimum # of guests (8). So that made it super personal. Captain Jeff is a charming skipper and offered fun details on the trip about the surrounding area. Olivia, the bartender/first mate, mixed up delicious cocktails and hung out with us like a familiar friend. "Everyone is friendlier on the water" best describes the experience. It felt like we owned the boat.

Strongly suggest bringing carryout from Schaeffer's Canal House (which we did. Delicious! See my review for there also). M/V will also provide accommodations if you want to bring your own crabs for an additional fee. Boat capacity can oblige up to 49 guests so it would probably be great for a family or work party.

Stop waiting and book one of their cruises today!

Bought a cruise for my mother. Beautiful day - sunny and mid-70s for a cruise - but M/V Breeze decided to cancel day-of due to not enough people. First, M/V Breeze contacted us two days prior and *confirmed* the cruise. Second, the cancellation policy says they will give 48 hours notice, but may cancel day-of due to poor weather. Granted, buried in their policy they claim to reserve the right to cancel a trip for any reason, but it’s poor customer service to do so last minute, especially on a beautiful day for a lame reason. Highly disappointing. I doubt many people are booking cruises in the fall out of Chesapeake City, so I would expect M/V Breeze to expect this and accommodate those who do. I will not be re-booking due to M/V Breeze’s unpredictability (the weather is gorgeous) and last-minute cancellation, especially after confirming.

Lauren and Katie were fantastic. The boat was roomy enough to move around and the cash bar options were excellent plus kids drink options! Would definitely do again.

I had a wonderful time beautiful views and the staff on the boat were friendly and informative. We brought cheese, crackers and grapes and the bar on the ship had plenty of drink options.

We did the afternoon cruise from 4-6pm. The captain was excellent and his first mate Olivia was attentive and pleasant checking on us on a regular basis to see if we wanted a drink and to make sure we were having a good time. The cruise was very relaxing and the captain’s commentary about the area, the canal and the wild life were great. We were able to see eagles and several Osprey nest which was “icing on the cake😀”

My husband and I took some out of town friends on the Relaxation Sunset Cruise. It's a 2-hour trip down the C&D canal and goes almost to the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay. There is a route map on their website for the various cruises they offer. Full bar onboard and historical commentary from the crew. Got to see a lot of bay birds including several Bald Eagles. It was exactly as the name said...relaxation! We would definitely do the cruise again and what a bargain for the price of $20. Thank you, captain and crew for an enjoyable evening!
