From NYC to Gillette, WY. DO NOT use this company, their buses are not maintained, toilet not cleaned, charging outlets did not work on a dya and a half trip. For our return to NYC we were stuck in Gillette for 3 days 8/11, 8/12 8/13 cause the bus couldn't be driven, broken AC, serpentine & other issues, ower said they will send another bus and a driver..that was not done. Other arrangements had to be made for us to get home to NYC. As of today 9/1 the bus is still in Gillette with our belongings, hope the ower see this review. Worse bus company.
Driver Derek was cool, but the lady driver she needs a refresher driving course.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired this company to take a group of kids from our church to a 30-hour trip (from New York City to Gillette Wyoming). They not only didn't show up on time, but the bus did not have working air conditioning and working electric outlets. While in the route from nyc to Wyoming, it was too late to have a bus change, and we had to endure the long trip.

After informing the company and expressing/demanding a different bus... Despite the constant communication with the company regarding these issues, there was no effort whatsoever to fix them. And to our "surprise" we still got the same broken bus.

On top of that, during our trip, one of the drivers broke a side mirror, and of course, as you can see, it was not fixed. This is an extreme safety hazard as we traveled with children and teens.

This is worst bus company ever. They do no care about you they only care about what they can make. They sent us a driver that never drive this type of bus before on our trip from New York to Gillette. She was upset when passengers were nervous of her driving and then was offended. The bus was not properly maintained. The AC did not work and they did not care to fix it. The bus ended up shutting down and we had to stay in a hotel for more than 2 days. It was so bad that we had to fly out of Denver inorder to get back home. It has been 2 months since this has happened and yet this bus cpany has not returned our items that was on the bus. Try he worst ow wears to deal with and the worst bus comp ay I have ever encountered. Fpr your own sake never ever ever choose this bus company

Wertz Motor Coaches should be avoided at all costs. Do not travel with Wertz. I have traveled with Wertz numerous times and have always experienced significant issues. From busses being without air conditioning, having broken windows, and leaky roofs, to poor performing bus drivers, to the company not showing up on time and causing significant travel delays, it is literally always something with Wertz. This is the single most underperforming and unprofessional entity I have ever experienced. RUN, don’t walk, RUN away from this bus company. Use any other company or means of travel.

I wish there was a way to add a negative review. This company provided the absolute worse service. A trip that was supposed to take 30 hours ended up being 54 hours. The AC was not working, the bathroom was disgusting, the seats were very uncomfortable and the engine was overheating. What a trip! We were 54 people on the bus going but due to all the problems about 30 passengers returned home by airplane or by renting their own SUVs. Please refund us our money. Thank you!

My wife had the best experience riding with Wertz with bus driver Tommy bus number 416. Excellent driver and very personable and professional. He really cared for my wife and her friends going to Kentucky and Ohio. Got them there and home safe and sound.

Great bus company! Respectful, friendly, easy to work with! Driver Tommy was fantastic, not just on time and got us to our event on time, but drove us all home safely thru a major snow storm thru Central PA! We will definitely use them again!!

Wertz Motor Coach got us to and from our destination safely this summer and the drivers were extremely courteous and helpful. AAA rating for this portion of our trip!! However, our bus was 1 hour late to pick us up, leaving us to wait in the hot parking lot and making us an hour late to our destination - causing us to lose money. We tried to resolve the issue and Wertz was extremely rude, deflected responsibility and refused to apologize or offer a small refund, and ended up choosing finally to not respond at all to us. Highly recommend getting ALL correspondence in writing, and clearly document things that happen on your trip with dated pictures, as their word over the phone means nothing. AAA rating on on booking easily, providing safe transportation and drivers - but way below par and simply HORRID customer service.
