They don't answer the phone, they also took months to acutally look at my medicade application. I geniunly do not know how to get into contact with people there. I got a letter in the mail saying to call this number to talk to a specific person about my medicade, but they don't answer the phone and there is no email address.

If it was possible to give this place a negative Infinity review I would definitely do it. It is so annoying that that is where I have to go due to my zip code. The Staff is absolutely clueless an act as if you are bothering them but simply coming into the office and don't try to call because you will be hung up on or directed to a extension that doesn't exist

This place sucks....3 months ago I applied for food benefits and medicaid and I still don't have coverage....they NEVER NEVER NEVER answer the phone......my original.worker sent my paystubs to the wrong place ( by her own admission as I was sitting in her office) yet didn't resend the paystubs to right place to be processed.....a supervisor called me back this past Tues and told me she approved my medicaid yet I go to get prescriptions and the pharmacy tells me it's not showing I have coverage....I am type 2 diabetic and I have had a sinus infection, and ear infection for the better part of 3 weeks , and these people are doing NOTHING.... worst place I have ever had to deal with ever....

Initially it was a complete nightmare to deal with the front end staff at the window.
I was treated with complete disrespect, disregard and a total lack of empathy as it was very apparent I was very sick physically.
However that being said once I went over their heads things rapidly changed.
In closing my anticipated result was indeed achieved. Along with being treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism.
I am recovering from a severe health crisis which has rendered me unable to work presently.
That is the job of Social services to be a safety net in my opinion not a way of life.
That being said it's an amazing thing we have available in any time of need or if you have children.
I'm very happy with the majority of the staff and the helpful way they resolved my dilemma.

I haven’t received anything yet and it’s been a month, but the staff is kind and that helps. They can’t really do much. I just wish they could help. They can only copy papers.

People up at the front desk DO NOT HELP YOU AT ALL and if your just waiting for a question to get answered or for a renewal don't expect that person your waiting for (who is sitting at the waiting room with you) to come up to you and ask if you need help! Make sure you go up to them. Nobody really cares to help you their. However the waiting has significantly improved over the years. I did wait for someone for around 20 minutes to come up to me, but then I noticed people just going up to him for help so then I decided to do that. If you do that right from the beginning you won't wait long at all! Make sure you go in the A.M hours. It seems like in the A.M you don't wait as long especially if you go right when they open at 8am.
