Susan and her team are the best! I got married at the end of May and it was such a smooth process. I only gave Susan a few months to pull all the details together, but she made it happen.

Weddings in Sedona was actually the 3rd business I contacted, but they were the first to respond. Susan was so friendly and gave me so much information, I knew I would be in good hands. Even after I (eventually) heard from the other businesses, there was no doubt in my mind who I would choose.

Everyone on her team was professional, supportive, and very friendly. I loved Alexandra and Angela! I could not have pulled this off without them. They guided me through the process of selecting location, flowers, ceremony style, etc. but I never felt overwhelmed. I think that’s pretty impressive, especially considering we were planning a wedding on short notice.

I didn’t have to put much brainpower towards wedding details because Susan’s team handled it all. This freed me up to coordinate a 5 day trip for 30 people plus a 5 day honeymoon!

We had the best time in Sedona. I had zero worries about the upcoming wedding and was able to focus 100% on my friends, family, and the surrounding beauty of the area. We had an amazing wedding day. There isn’t a single thing I would do differently. It was a wonderful stress free trip; Susan and her team made that happen!

We could not have asked for a better company to handle our wedding. Susan and her team took care of everything and allowed us to just enjoy what was one of the greatest days of our lives. Everyone that attended was amazed how smooth the event went and complimented us. We could take none of the credit. If you plan in advance you can make payments directly to the company so that come wedding day you are not scrambling for your checkbook. Susan is very pragmatic and does a nice job of redirecting your dreams if necessary to match your original plan you gave her. The photos are second to none with the incredible background. Most importantly her and her team are just incredibly nice people that make you feel like family. Side note she officiates weddings, and she officiated ours beautifully. Very happy we went with this high quality company!

Everyone we worked with at Weddings in Sedona was so helpful and kind. It made the wedding planning process less stressful. Susan particularly was a gift and went above and beyond on our wedding day to help ensure our ceremony took place prior to a storm rolling in. She contacted our photographer and shuttle services to move our wedding up a bit so we weren't forced to move our wedding indoors. We didn't have to do much at all, they took care of what we needed them to. Would highly recommend. LGBTQ+ friendly.

We were looking for a smallish wedding (<40 ppl) in Sedona that wouldn't break our budget, while still having a beautiful wedding, and Weddings in Sedona was the perfect choice! We ended up changing our wedding to a smaller (10 ppl) 2 months before the wedding due to Covid-19 and Susan and her team were very flexible and helped us replan everything without a hitch! Susan and her team were great communicators, had great vendor recommendations, and planned and coordinated our wedding to perfection. The vendors we ended up using were a photographer, guitarist (we/our guests were stunned at how beautifully he played, and he learned a new song for us), shuttle service, officiant, florist, dinner recommendations and of course the Weddings in Sedona team for planning and coordination. All of the vendors were amazing and we are so grateful that Weddings in Sedona made our special day truly special and perfect!
