I was impressed with the wonderful bedding. The room and bathroom were very clean and well supplied. Nice TV too. I would recommend the Westin Wilmington to others. The property was recommended to me by a family member as I had to attend a funeral. Nice choice

We came here for one night for my husband's birthday. We live an hour away and wanted an easy get away to get out the house, eat good food, finally sleep in, and then see Winterthur the next day. Dinner at the hotel was great. No complaints there. However, we were awakened at SIX AM by the alarm set on the hotel clock by the previous person. We have four kids, so actually sleeping was a big part of getting a hotel. Aside from that, shower water was lukewarm and the room could have been a little cleaner.

From first contact through checkout, this is one of my top Westin experiences. I'm a lifetime platinum and Titanium Bonvoy member. ||We shared that we were staying with our adult daughter on Thanksgiving and requested Roll away bed. Karimah upgraded us to a suite. The team ensured that the room away was in the room when we arrived. ||Upon arrival at 1130 PM, the staff was full of positive energy to make us feel welcome. ||At breakfast the next morning, Amanda was outstanding. ||We'll definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of booking a block of rooms at The Westin for our wedding, and we couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment we began working with their team, everything was seamless and stress-free.

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and worked with us to reserve the perfect number of rooms at a great rate for our guests. They provided a range of options, from standard rooms to suites, to fit everyone’s needs. The booking process was simple, and the communication from the hotel team was clear and timely. We were easily able to add rooms when our block filled up.

Our only complaint was they did not have many carts for bringing in luggage so that was a bit of a pain because we had to wait for them. (We think this was because there were multiple weddings on the same date).

We recommend this hotel for anyone planning a wedding and looking to arrange a room block! The bridal suite was spacious, they even gave us wine and chocolate!

The place was empty and quiet. However, the room was not very clean. Crumbs, trash, beer caps and other things left in the room and on the floor. The room and furniture are dated, signs of heavy wear. We had a late check out at 1 pm, room service still knocked loudly on the door at 9:30 am asking if we were there. On top of that, the alarm clock went off at 6:01 am. Apparently, the previous guest set it, and room service did not disable it. Oh well.

I recently stayed at The Westin Wilmington, and it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, and my room was spacious and comfortable.

One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible food! I enjoyed every meal, whether it was breakfast or dinner—each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The menu offerings are diverse, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

A fun twist during my stay was when one of the elevators was out of service. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it encouraged me to take the stairs, helping me keep up with my exercise routine. A little creativity from the hotel staff!

Overall, I highly recommend The Westin Wilmington for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional dining options and a great atmosphere. Five stars without a doubt! Can’t wait to return!

$300 a night and literally free wifi is it?! And you had a "special family event" where our family couldn't even sit at your bar? Not that I would have badly wanted to pay so much for overpriced drink or your dinner or breakfast? Where's the free coffee at least?! Happy hour? Free breakfast? I think a free night or $100 meal/drink credit voucher would be fair. We are here one more night and not by my choice.

Food was amazing, rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful! A special shout out to Quentin!!! He went above and beyond to accommodate our family on our stay during a lacrosse tournament. There needs to be more Quentin's in this world. Give this man a promotion! Excellent stay!
