Our family can not recommend All About Events enough for your next event. We were lucky enough to have Sarah as our Wedding planner along with many of their staff for our daughters Wedding day. We were able to enjoy all the special moments and not stress because we knew their team was professional and on top of every detail. Sarah and team are the best in class in Philadelphia, hands down. Even as a bride that thought they had their ducks in a row, without Sarah and Nikki our wedding would not have been the seamless, most fun, and honestly relaxing experience that it was. There are so many things you don’t think of until it is the day of, and even though social media makes you think you can do it all, you can’t. They understand your vision, advocate for you, and deal with all the background noise so you can have the most magical day. I cannot recommend them enough, they are the best in what they do and are so fun, by the end they were family to us.

We had the perfect wedding weekend with All About Events and could never stop talking about every little detail.

On the night of our wedding, all staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, and so many of our guests from near and far have commented on what a welcoming atmosphere and professional atmosphere it was. Staff were quick to find us and our parents during the event to follow up with anything we needed, guide guests to different places, and keep things moving.

All that also wouldn't have been possible without more than a year of answering every single question we had, connecting us with other guests to talk about their experiences, calming us down over all our worries big and small, and anticipating everything we would want taken care of on the big night. The team don't just accommodate planning for the usual things like the seating chart and events flow, but custom touches we put on the event like a cultural ceremony. They also kept in touch with other vendors we worked with so we would have nothing to worry about.

Outside our own venue at Reading Terminal Market, the coordination team managed the flow of our ceremony and helped us out with any edits that would help it move better, as well as scouted out our ceremony venue when we couldn't go to see where things would fit--we truly felt like they had our backs all day and we didn't have to remember anything because they would have it handled. The peace of mind that brings on a wedding day is priceless!

Finally, we have to mention how gorgeous the market was with the team's setup and how much fun guests had exploring the space and trying the food--there's nothing like it.

Stacey at All About Events was an absolute gem to work with. I had all the major planning/design finished but she expertly consolidated all of the contracts and arranged all of the final steps meetings and setup that would have been incredibly anxiety-provoking and time-consuming. They picked up our cake from the bakery and brought to our wedding venue. Our wedding day was a breeze because of her and Andrea, all we had to do was show up on time at the beginning of the day to get ready and they did the rest!! They also arranged our complicated seating chart/favor table of plants in alphabetical order in such a cute way!! If you are on the fence about getting a month of coordinator, this is your sign to do it!! You will never regret it.

We planned our wedding reception at Reading Terminal Market with All About Events, and the process and execution was stellar from start to finish. Everyone who we worked with through the planning and event was kind, professional, and competent (special shout outs to Christina, Courtney, Stevie, and Brooke.) The things that stood out to us about the AAE team was their clear and consistent communication, their flexibility and thoughtfulness about how to best design our event, and their flawless execution on the day-of. We could not have asked for a more positive experience on a very important day for us and our friends and family. Working with Sarah from All About Events was an absolute dream! As a wedding photographer, I've had the pleasure of collaborating with numerous planners over the years, but Sarah truly stands out in every way.

My husband and I used AAE for our wedding design needs as we wanted a more non-traditional style day. Bree was our designer and absolutely crushed bringing the vision to life with the help of Ambien Lighting and Vision Furniture Event Rentals. We had a private 'family only' ceremony followed by remaining guests arriving for cocktail hour/reception, with a 'cocktail' style reception. For our reception we had no assigned seating or place settings and instead we had a variety of table sizes with two lounge areas and multiple cocktail tables. Nikki helped create and design our signage. Both Bree and Nikki were very easy to communicate with, quick to respond and made our day seamless.
