I will never rent from them again. The car was dirty when I rented it, the car was taken back a day early, and I was charged for additional days. I was told that the keys weren’t dropped off and I had a video of the car and key being put in the slot. I was charged for gas when the car was returned on a full tank. And to top that off they never answer the phone. The staff is very rude and unprofessional.

Horrible customer service! Made a reservation 1/7 for 1/8 picked the time for 4pm! I call them an hour before like I was suppose to & they tell me they close at 4 and if I don’t get there before 4 I will have to wait till the next day! Why was I allowed to make a reservation for 4 if that’s when they close? Got there at 4:02 and they were already gone! On top of that they said they had a smaller SUV but when I called to confirm my reservation they didn’t have a smaller SUV! They will never get my business again! I was able to go to Enterprise 30 minutes later and had a rental right away!

Horrible horrible customer service. Rented a car, called them an hour before pickup time like the guy said to do, and the lady was very short and agitated with me. The mechanic shop held me up longer then expected, I tried to call to reschedule my rental and they were closed which is fine. But I've tried calling several times since and no one picks up. This is all after the woman on the phone originally told me they had no cars except a kia soul and said "I guess you can have that one". So now I have a rental that needs to be rescheduled, and they already took the money off of my credit card. I worked in customer service for 10 years, and you guys need to reevaluate how yall do things. Start by answering your phone. Shouldn't take 5 tries to get ahold of someone. Absolutely terrible place.

Just don’t rent a car from here. They will tell you one price then charge you whatever they want and when you call they don’t answer. I rented a car right before Memorial Day. I told the lady I may need to keep the vehicle longer. She tells me that’s fine and tells me the price if I kept it longer. I called a million times before the holiday to let them know I needed to keep it longer and they never answered the phone. I called the 1800 number and they said I would need to speak to someone in the local branch. They finally answer the phone and the lady acted like she never talked to me about keeping the car longer. And told me they can’t always answer the phone. She then told me if I kept the vehicle for another day it would be cheaper because I would get the weekly rate. When I went to return it she charged me more than double what I was supposed to pay. I ended up paying $700 for renting a mid-size car for 2 weeks. I spoke with the regional manager too and she told me I should have read the fine print that said all prices are subject to change. Don’t even bother going to this raggedy hole in the wall. Literally a hole in the wall. I should have known I’d have issues when I got there and they don’t even have a sign. They have a poster with an arrow saying “Hertz here”. Enterprise is right down the street and that’s where I’ll be going from now on.

We rented 2 vehicles, which their website states is permissible. We had confirmation emails regarding both reservations but when we went to get the cars after waiting we were told we couldn't and had to create another reservation for the 2nd car. This contradicts whats on their website and was an inconvenience

Rented a Yukon XL (extended) for our past two vacations through Hertz and they have been great. This vehicle was perfect for a long trip with a large family. The area mgr Steve really went out if his way to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend them

The car was great, we got a Chrysler Pacifica. I had trouble finding the location because I had no idea it was inside of Price Honda. I booked online and picking up my car was easy and took about 10 minutes. I was surprised though that the car was quite dirty on the outside so I asked about a wash and was given access to the car wash.

I book a rental for my mother through their website on Sunday 12pm for the next day 8am. There were no option to pay now only pay upon arrival. My mother gets there at 9am. They tell her she will have to come back at 12 and she can pay with a debit card since I cannot give them my credit card information over the phone. I get her an Uber home and she decides to walk 45 minutes just for them to now tell her she cannot pay with debit card. Absolutely the worst service I’ve received from a car rental place
