We just returned from a trip to London to visit our daughter, who is studying there for the semester. As always, Colleen, our travel expert, was amazing from start to finish. Because she had booked several other trips for our family, she knew our tastes; she was able to recommend and then book customized experiences for us. The Kensington Hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was a quick walk to our daughter’s apartment and situated in such a lovely area for walking and exploring. Colleen then personally contacted the hotel to ask if they would upgrade us to a larger room to accommodate my daughter spending nights with us, and they happily did so at no charge - She was able to stay with us every night and have breakfast with us every morning! The hotel was beautiful and the customer service was exemplary. The tour Colleen recommended to Canterbury and Dover was also top-notch, and the company who took care of our transfers was professional and courteous.

As a family who vacations at least four times a year, we always count on Colleen at Travel Smiths to ensure we experience the very best, with no annoying hiccups that can ruin a vacation. I cannot recommend her or this company more.

Our family trip to Virgin Gorda in the BVI’s was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to Lisa’s incredible service! Her recommendation of Rosewood’s Little Dix Bay resort was spot on—it was the most spectacular stay we’ve ever had. Lisa was readily available via email and went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. She acted as our liaison with the hotel and connected us with an amazing private charter boat company, which we ended up using several times throughout our trip. Her attention to detail, recommendations and top-notch service made our vacation truly special. We can’t thank her enough and will continue to rely on her for future travel planning!
