I have been ordering from the location on Jerome Drive in Cheswald, DE since it opened and never experienced the level of incompetence that happened tonight. When the driver delivered my food it was.not in the red bag used to keep food warm (given the fact it is 33 degrees outside) -it was just handed to me and the pizza box was cold. The wings were cold as well. The only thing that was warm was the pasta only because it was in an aluminum container. I called the store and the person who answered the phone told me that he did not see that I ordered any wings and also that he didn’t understand what my complaint was so nothing could be done. I ended the phone call and went to the store with the cold food and he claimed he still couldn’t find the order in the system. I told him that makes no sense due to the fact that they fulfilled the order. He then asked for my receipt and said then said they could only issue a credit once they have proof of the purchase.This lunacy was just too much. I will not be ordering from this location at all and I hope whoever manages this store finds more competent employees. This is sad and ridiculous. If there was a zero rating this location certainly deserves it. What a joke and a bitter disappointment.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 liter soda. They have anymore 2 liters so I got 3 20oz instead and to purchase another for my family of 4. The pizza was so dry, not enough pizza sauce. Dont remember their pizza tasting like this. Will not be ordering from there again!

Don’t eat at this Domino’s or don’t eat at any Domino’s that has DP INC labeled on the front door. This company is absolutely bad and I’m telling you something right now from experience. I know damn well that they don’t care about their customers. what they care about is a dollar they’re gonna treat their customers absolutely the worst while putting all your money inside their pocket And just sitting back thinking they are doing something.

We ordered food for our children at 5:45 & they did not receive food until 7:08pm.
It was not even warm and my oldest child was finally about to cook something when my husband checked the app and they were finally a few minutes away.
I will be calling to speak to a manager today and if I cld leave zero stars I wld
Super sad always used this location don't know what's up but definitely not worth the money for cold food

I noticed something was off with my Spinach and Feta cheesy bread. I opened it up and the dough was still raw. The cheese on top was melted so it seemed done until I bit into it.

Still serving RAW PIZZA. I ordered a new york style pizza and the entire middle was dough. DISGUSTING. please don’t eat here. This has been going on for years.

Terrible experience. Its getting worst and worst the more I go. Its The night shifts everytime. Now they expect you to automatically know that you to pay with card even tho IT DOES NOT SAY THAT ON THE SITE. Im done going here

it was horrible experience I order a pepperoni pizza and 3 2 liter sprite, I got to the store to pick it up and very disrespectful leady give the pizza and no the sodas after she walk back to her position she ask me if I needed a bag for the sodas she did bring the bag to me but no the sodas and got back to her station I was trying to get the sodas my self and then she said no no so I tell her to give the sodas that I order and already paid for she said if I want I cancel your order right now I said all I want is my sodas so I can be out from here she turn around and put 2 2 liter coca on the counter when I paid for 3 2 liter sprite she was very disrespectful using f words. Bad for business

Every experience I've ever had - but one - has been good. I like jalapenos, but my husband doesn't and unfortunately I think his food was affected by someone handling both orders without washing hands/changing gloves. Other than that, our deliveries are quick, the folks are friendly and more often than not the food is cooked to perfection. Love this Domino's!
