Hello all, a review from a Bus Driver. I’m brand new to this outfit. And I’m very impressed that they have all brand new buses. Not one Bus on a line run is more than three years old and not one Bus on a charter is more than five years old which is absolutely amazing. other companies I’ve worked for before are running buses that are 20 years old. Some Companies are running Bus is still from 1991 that’s a 33 years old bus. and you know they have mechanical problems and issues consistently but with these brand new buses you’re not gonna have these kinds of mechanical problems or engine problems they’re brand new engines brand new transmissions brand new tires brand new air condition brand new heat brand new seats brand new bathroom. Brand new suspension system and shocks for a nice ride as if you’re in a cloud even if I’m going over bumps on the road.

It’s very easy to get a hold of my Dispatch. We have 24 hour dispatchers. And we have a very good management team between lead drivers, managers, regional managers, corporate office, dispatcher available 24 hours a day. Which is extremely helpful. And it’s also really amazing all of the management staff is very nice and they’re not sarcastic. They make you feel that you’re part of a new family. Which is extremely important so that you know we’re all working together as a well oil machine.

Something else that is really really good. Is that the company has multiple offices and bus yard’s throughout the northeast. so God forbid that there’s a problem with the Bus. They’re able to recover any situation fairly quickly. Versus other companies I’ve worked for where they can take them 5 to 6 hrs to help the situation. This company has buses All along the I 95 corridor here in the North east where I could receive a replacement bus if ever needed fast. But they’re running all brand new equipment so the chances of that happening there’s a very very slim to none. And they just received a dozen brand new buses. Passengers are gonna be riding in brand new state of the art motor coaches for transportation.

And from what I notice all of my coworkers are extremely experienced Bus drivers. I myself have over 1,000,000 miles experience and all of my colleagues also have many many years of driving experience some of them more than 40 years. I can assure you with all of the brand new equipment and buses. Very experienced Bus drivers. You are definitely in the best hands here in the northeastern part of the United States of America. You will safely get to your destination in any kind of weather.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!

From booking to the actual tour, the entire experience with Adventure Tour Bus Company was outstanding! I first worked with Mason W. Morton, the Sales Manager, and he was a pleasure to deal with. He made the booking process seamless, was incredibly professional, and answered all of my questions promptly, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged.

Then, on the day of the tour, our driver, Willie, took the experience to the next level. Willie was not only an excellent and skilled driver, but his friendly, approachable personality made the ride so enjoyable. He was attentive, helpful, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the trip.

The bus was absolutely pristine—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

10/10 experience- I accidentally left my luggage on the bus on Christmas Eve, and Jessie went above and beyond to route it back to my city. She was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional on the phone. I couldn’t imagine what I’d do if this happened with another bus charter. She communicated with the driver and arranged a pickup time for me the next day. What a Christmas Miracle!

If you value your life don't use this service and keep as much distance from their buses as possible. On 9/19/24 bus #9931 changed lanes entering into the lane we were in forcing our vehicle onto the shoulder. When we attempted to reenter the lane she blocked us from doing so. Thankfully, the vehicle that was behind us when the bus forced us off the road let us back in. Once behind the bus she brake checked us causing us to have to brake and the vehicle behind us to have to avoid hitting us. I looked through the reviews and mine is NOT the only post outlining this type of aggressive/reckless driving!!! I called the company to complain and was told by the lady I spoke with that she would call the driver and call me right back. I have yet to receive a call back. This tells me that the company just doesn't care. In my opinion, if you drive people around for a living you need to be a responsible human being. Clearly this company lacks that character in some of it's drivers.

Poor drivers, no actual care for their customers safety lol, didn’t even bother calling after reading the reviews regarding their poor drivers. Bus #9965, nearly took us out on the road going at least 80 and not long after did the same to another set of people? I’m sure their service is lovely but this is so unsafe.

I can't say enough good things about Adventure Tours. I have managed buses charters for a large religious organization for close to twenty years. This year we chartered eight buses from Adventure Tours for a trip from DC to Boston on 30 July 2024.

I chose them because they offered a great quote and had great reviews online. They also had a very good DOT safety and maintenance report.

From start to finish Adventure Tours was easy to work with. Their sales team was great with communications, answering questions in a timely manner, friendly, and helpful.

Their buses were clean and comfortable, and their drivers were professional, courtesy, and friendly.

We would definitely use them again. Thanks for a great job!!!

The bus for our trip was clean and two drivers drove us to Louisville, Kentucky for our bi-annual conference.I would like to personally express my gratitude to Chief, he was our driver for Evangelical Church Winning All trip from Maryland to Louisville, Kentucky. His driving was excellent, professional and was helping to carry luggages into the luggage compartment when not requested, this was really helpful to me as the leader for the group. This was my first time using this company and would definitely be using the bus company again.
