Black lady with ALL the earrings in n her face just needs to QUIT!! Poor excuse for a “customer service “ worker. I’ll never visit this Walmart again.

Update. Was just informed by another associate that she is one of the store managers!! Unbelievable! I will be calling the 800 number.

Update. The GM never called me back. It definitely starts from the top!

Watch out shoppers, check expiration dates on your products! We found 2 bottles of Frye sauce today that expired 2 years ago 🤮 Shame on their stockers!

I had returns after the holiday and the lady at customer service (she was black, older and cross eyed) I did not catch her name. She was nice enough but I noticed she didn't take the time to mark my receipt or give me a receipt after she said the refund would be back on my card. Ive waited weeks for the money to show up in my account but I knew 10 minutes after I walked out of the store I had probably been scammed.

Went to buy a car battery. Waited forever for someone to come and assist. Nobody. Very frustrating. I asked 3 times. One kid did call for someone that never came. The other 3 did nothing. As a retail manager this burns my ass! Went to customer service. Another hopeless situation. I walked

The place was great. People were nice. I go there to buy food for work and overall I'm satisfied. The one downside is there was no candy corn after Halloween. Made me really sad. I went the morning after Halloween. What kind of world do we live in. 🙁 Sketchy things have happened, though... Without further ado, 5 stars.

Today, I did the Reserve Pickup Curbside at this particular store. You must have a minimum order of $35. Then select your the date/time of your convenience for pickup.
You do have the option to have your groceries delivered for a fee of $9.95 to your address and convenience. This is a good option for those who do not transportation. However, if you plan on using this service for long term, you probably would want to invest in a subscription for a better value.
I recommend this service...

Update:

I really try to avoid going into any Walmart, however, there are times when I absolutely have to. For the past year and a half, I have been ordering my groceries online for pickup or delivery. This particular option has been working for my household, therefore I avoid the hustle and parking chaos. The items I needed today, I actually had to see them in person, thus requiring me to take a field trip to Wally World. Going there, you always buy things you don't need or want. You always see things you like but don't need. You see things you would like to have and buy. You see things you don't have money for and buy. You ride around with things in your cart that you either: don't need, can't afford, getting for someone else, it looks cute, on sale, and or you think you might need it. At the end of the day, we still shop there no matter what.

It was a cart pusher by the name of Carlos who was very pleasant and welcoming. Asked me if I needed one while he was bringing them back in and provided me with one. I usually see him working hard! He's always assisting customers too if they need help loading in their car. This company is lucky to have an exceptional worker like him!
