Valentine's Day is probably not the best day to go out for dinner, but they were able to seat us in a reasonable amount of time. The waitress was very pleasant and never let our drinks run completely dry. Prime rib was good but a little fatty in spots. Pictured is the chili, as I forgot to take pictures of the dinner before I tucked in.

The Kookaburra wings were crispy, hot and full of flavor. They looked and smelled so good, we didn’t get a picture before we devoured them. We got the Alice Springs chicken with Aussie Fries and Over the Top Brussels sprouts. The chicken was slightly dry, but had great flavor. The fries were perfectly seasoned. We weren’t big fan of the sprouts, due to the sweetness, but they were interesting to try. My husband’s steak was flavorful with a very nice crusty sear. The asparagus was a bit overcooked and nondescript, in flavor. The seating was a bit too close for comfort. We sat at a booth, but the table next to us was so close, it felt like the couple on our right were sitting in our laps. Our waitress, Paige was excellent. She was so friendly, made recommendations, and made sure our drinks stayed full. Everything she brought out was exactly what we ordered. Paige, thanks for a great night! We’ll come back again soon to try something else!

I ordered a barrel cut steak and got a really bad small filet. Kitchen staff and owner do not know the difference between cuts of steak. From what I was told by staff they always give wrong steaks all the time will not be going back to Outback false advertising on menu shows one thing on menu but serves something subpar

We had the absolute best experience at the Dover, DE Outback. We came with a large group of kids and adults and not only was the server incredibly kind and attentive, every member of the management team came out to our table multiple times to check in and have friendly conversations. We will definitely be back! This is the best customer service experience that I have had, maybe ever, at a restaurant. Cannot recommend the Dover Outback enough!

We stopped here on News Years Eve Almost At Closing Time To Have Dinner Before Our Church Service @ 10:00pm. My Husband Ordered Prime Rib. I Had Fried Mushrooms And Coconut Shrimp As Entrees. Firstly We Were Not Rushed In Any Way ‼️ The Service Was Fast , Food Cooked Fresh To Perfection, (Not Old Or Reheated), The Waitress Was Attentive To Service. She was not distracted by her closing duties while serving our meal with all our requests. I Also give the hostess an honorable mention , the barkeep, chef on duty and other staff. They all were working seamlessly together to close the restaurant while running the last customers orders ☝🏼 The Service In Short Was Immaculate 🤌🏽 Prime Rib Looked Tender And Tasty Knife Sliced As If Thru Butter. Tho My Meal Was Meatless Even I Was Tempted 😅🫣 But My Fried Mushrooms , And Coconut Shrimp Were Crisp Bites Of Deliciousness’s 👏🏽 Very Filling Generously Portioned. We Truly Enjoyed Our Last Meal Of 2024 Before An Even Better Church Service Taking Us Into The New Year. Best Late Restaurant Service I Ever Had I Can Say 10/10 Recommend.

The boomarita flight has four different flavor margaritas and is a great pick if you want to try a little bit of everything. The house one was the only one that I didn't like the taste of. The waitress was courteous and very helpful when my group was undecided on what to order. The mac and cheese bites are decent, and the steak with shrimp was cooked just how I liked it. Next time, I want to get the Pina Koala instead.

Saturday, my husband and I dined in for our anniversary. We arrived just before the dinner rush. Originally we were seated in a back booth under a vent that seemed to be blowing out cold air...it was freezing. The patrons across from us also said something. Clay was our server and went to see about increasing the heat temperature. When he returned he said that we could move to a warmer spot which was a booth by the bathroom with a window. We were happy to do so. The restaurant wasn't extremely busy at this time. Once at our new seats Clay said...you can close the shade if you'd like. We said no, we loved looking outside and having the Sun shine in. About 20 minutes into our service, the restaurant started to get busy. A server came and asked if we could shut the shade to appease another table. I said we're enjoying the Sun. About 10 minutes later, another server woman came to ask the same thing to which we responded the same. Lastly, and for a third time Angie the restaurant mgr came over, demanded we close the shade because it was her restaurant and the adjacent table did not want the blind open. I mentioned that we were also paying customers, had arrived first, and had a window seat. Angie stated that it was in the manual that the shade could be closed regardless of customers request. At this point, other patrons were looking. I asked Angie why the complaining customers couldn't move seats. She said because they didn't want to. I then said, so my husband and I have to be inconvenienced due to other customers...the same as my husband and I. She didn't care and said the meal was on her. I asked for corporate cards. She came back and threw them on the table, said have a nice day and walked off. My husband and I did not finish all of our food but decided to leave. It was just wayy too much of an unpleasant experience for our anniversary dinner.

We were treated like as if we were second hand customers in comparison to the patrons at a whole different table that wanted to and ultimately did control our dining experience. Extremely disappointed in the way "manager" Angela handled us and the situation.
