My wife and I could not have had a better experience on our 12 day European Vacation. Definitely not the Griswold experience.
Jen listened to what we wanted from our trip and put together an itinerary that was perfectly paced for us.
From travel to hotel and tours, everything was better than we were expecting. The only snafu during the trip was handled by Jen so that we could enjoy our vacation and not worry about it.
It was so nice to enjoy every single day and not worry about the details because Jen had thought of everything, including things we had not. We will definitely be using her help in the future and recommend her very favorably.
This was our second experience with her help though this is the first time that she planned it all for us.

In April 2023 Jen helped us to plan a trip to Hawaii. She booked our rental car with Sixt, a small European based car rental agency. What a difference between Sixt and the other larger agencies! Jen booked some great excursions, beginning with a Grand Circle Tour around Oahu so we could get the feel of the island and decide where we might like to spend more time on our own. The next day we had an excursion to the Big Island where we flew into Kona very early in the morning where we met with a wonderful guide who took us Volcanoes National Park, coffee and macadamia nut plantations and the Dole Pineapple Plantation where we enjoyed a “Pineapple Whip.” While we were there we even got to walk through a lava tube before flying back to Oahu in the evening. Jen couldn’t have planned a better mix of activities. She’s a whiz at what she does! I highly recommend JWA (Jen) for all of your travel needs. She’s patient, thorough and meticulous.

Our family used JWA to book our first family vacation out of the US. Jen was incredibly helpful and found us a hotel that accommodated a family of 5 comfortably, handled all of our airfare and transportation, and gave us helpful insight on which excursions were age appropriate for our gang.

We had originally booked this trip for June, but life had other plans for us. Our daughter broke her arm, requiring surgery and lengthy recovery and lots of restrictions… including no swimming. As we were in the hospital, I didnt even have to reach out to Jen. She noticed on facebook, contact me immediately, and sprung into action. By the time we were discharged from the hospital she somehow managed to rebook EVERYTHING for 6 weeks later, when we knew our daughter would be cleared to enjoy the trip to the fullest, without restrictions.

The resort was fantastic, the transportation was smooth, and we were thrilled with the whole experience. Thank you again for all of your help! You really are incredible.

Jen helped us plan the most INCREDIBLE trip to New Zealand and Tahiti. She's so pleasant to work with and went above and beyond. We were able to enjoy every moment without stress because Jen made sure to include many adventures we wouldn't have thought of and travel was included for every step of the way. We are basking in the wonderful memories of a fabulous trip to NZ! It was beyond our expectations and truly the trip of a lifetime! We appreciate the work of Jennifer Walker and the local agent, Rochelle Vierus, to make this happen.

The transfers, accommodations, and tours were perfect. The itinerary from North Island to South really worked well. It seemed like the geography kept getting more and more amazing as we went. Jennifer was so right about not missing the Wai-O-Tap geothermal park in North Island. The morning was foggy giving us an other-worldly experience. We enjoyed the glow worm cave and the Hobbiton experience too.

South Island is really hard to believe with all of the geographical diversity and beauty. When we missed the Kaikoura whale watching tour due to rough seas, our very knowledgeable guide took us along the coast to find seals and we ended up happily spending time exploring tide pools. All of the tour guides were top-notch, both knowledgeable and personable.

The highlight of our South Island time was the heli-hike. Wow! Our family hadn't flown in a helicopter before and were a bit nervous about it, but it was smooth and so beautiful on the glacier. The small plane ride back from Milford Sound was also incredibly beautiful! So nice to not have to make that long bus ride back too. Finishing our stay in New Zealand with the Reis Hotel apartment was a treat. Really all of the acomodations were lovely with great views.

Jennifer was able to plan a trip with a very challenging itinerary and lots of adjustments, so we are certain that we can highly recommend her travel services from start to finish. The details were right on and she was a delight to work with. She will continue to work with you until you are happy with the plan. We'll be back for sure! Even the recommended travel insurance was a delightful experience when we had to cancel the Australia portion of the original trip. Thank you so much for putting this trip of a lifetime together for us. We are very happy clients. ❤️
