Miranda did such an amazing job for my wedding! The flowers were absolutely stunning. We got multiple bouquets, barrel toppers, and a fireplace floral arrangement. We also got them to do our centerpiece arrangements, linens, and china which was also beautiful! The communication was great! They were responsive and attentive, making the entire process seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for beautiful arrangements and wedding needs!

Miranda from Flourished was an absolute lifesaver for our wedding at Silver Swan Bayside on Kent Island. Originally, we had planned with a different venue, but after some family members got sick, we had to change venues, closer to home. Miranda adapted to the new plans, accommodating every change and keeping us updated along the way. She created four beautiful bridesmaids’ bouquets, four groomsmen boutonnieres, my bridal bouquet, a boutonniere for the groom, two corsages, a boutonniere for my granddad, flowers for the arbor, and even a toss-away bouquet for my dad’s and grandmother’s chairs. She also designed florals for the cake and included two cold sparklers for our sparkler exit. Her communication was excellent; she arrived on time, kept me updated, and checked in before leaving to ensure everything looked just as we envisioned. The flowers turned out beautifully, and her attention to detail truly brought our vision to life!

I am amazed by the work that was put in for my wedding day flowers! I didn’t really have a vision. I just said I wanted purple for both bouquets and centerpieces. They took it and did an AMAZING job! I was blown away by how it all came together. I left for my honeymoon the day after and came back a week later to flowers still alive! I loved my bouquet so much I got it preserved and I’m so excited to see the outcome!!

Flourished did amazing with our wedding rentals and flowers! There was even a mistake made (on my end) of the number of bouquets and they ran back to their store and made us one more! Not only are they the nicest people, but they do an incredible job! We had a greenery wall, peacock chair, and an easel for our welcome sign for my baby shower. Miranda showed up on perfect time, put everything together, and took it all down. She made it look effortless and even the process of choosing the things we wanted to have at the shower was so easy! Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future for all of our parties/events!

I'm going to preface this review by making it clear that Flourished provides quality services. Ultimately my husband and I were very satisfied with everything that was provided for our wedding day. However, it would be remiss to not mention the few shortcomings that I feel this business needs to improve upon. I think for the prices, the services and products offered were great, but some things came up that struck me the wrong way.
When it came to communication (Normally through email) I never had any idea who I was talking to because nobody signs off with a name. Which I think led to a few miscommunications, or emails never being responded to entirely. For example: I had to email them 3 separate times in order to get them to send me an updated invoice. There were certain style plates that we wanted to use for our wedding that weren't "available for our wedding day". Personally, I feel like whatever is marketed on your website should be available to use, if not then it should be made clear ahead of time that certain items aren't available on certain days. The day of was going so smoothly, and I felt they had most things under control! But, I was not told that they don't set up the plates, silverware and napkins. That is something I had ask myself the day of! I thought that it was ridiculous that I was learning that information the day of, and nobody bothered to clarify that to me ahead of time. This resulted in my aunt, bridesmaids and day of coordinator having to take time out of their day or their time getting ready to set up the tables themselves.
The way they go about providing you with florals is through photo inspiration that you provide them with. They assure that they will provide *exactly* what you send them. I found that wasn't completely true as the photo of the centerpieces I sent them were much taller and took up more space on the tables than the bud vases and florals they provided. It wasn't the end of the world. I think there should be a better system for this though. Maybe sharing the work in progress florals with the client as they are completed. Regardless, I wish there was a way to be guaranteed the inspiration you provide them with is ultimately the finished product. It's not lost on me that fresh florals have to be put together days before the wedding, but I feel a little disappointed that my centerpieces were not what I wanted. Still cute, but definitely missed the mark. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were phenomenal though, and don't even get my started on the barrel toppers. EVERYONE was raving about the barrel toppers!
The icing on top of the cake for me, was when I received an email from them saying they were missing two table linens and that I would be responsible for compensating them for the lost linens. It's fine because when you sign a contract obviously you become liable for any lost items, so I understand. Just wasn't happy about it and think there should be a better way of making sure the night of that everything is returned to them. They pick everything up in the morning, after all vendors and guests are gone, so it makes it pretty difficult to hunt down lost items after the fact.
Flourished DOES provide good services and products, especially if you are looking for a one stop shop for wedding decor and are on a budget. However, they are a fairly new business and that comes with some risks that may be deal breakers for some. They are the nicest people, but I feel there are some real improvements to be made.

Thanks for the response, though these are not accusations -they are observations. Your response lacks transparency, as I was not informed of "design day", otherwise I would have requested it. My mom was my POC but if neither me nor her knew we had to set up the table settings, what does that even matter? I DID request the 8" plates, if you go back in our emails I specifically requested we use them, they were just never added to the invoice. Like I said, you guys are great and everything was gorgeous, but communication needs to be improved upon.
