Canyon Rose Suites - Bisbee, Arizona

Our first stay in Canyon Rose and certainly not our last. We were in Bisbee for Pirates Weekend and wanted to stay some place other than the Copper Queen. I have been coming to Bisbee for at least 30 years and always stayed in the same hotel. However, my previous visit was such a disaster, I knew I needed to make a change! I scored BIG by selecting Canyon Rose Suites! The property is old but pristine. It is the cleanest and as close to perfection you will ever find. The room is spacious and as comfortable you will ever find at a Ritz or Four Seasons. The owners have put an incredible amount of effort in creating the perfect ambience! The attention to detail with the furnishings, kitchenware,artwork and special touches is something that you need to experience. The check-in and check-out process is simple and the owners have left no stone unturned to make certain that additional necessities are available, if needed. I have stayed at many different hotels and resorts during my lifetime, but done come close to the cleanliness and comfort-ability of Canyon Rose Suites. This is a must stay property, if traveling to Bisbee!! I will never stay anywhere else. Thank you to the Owners for exceeding our expectations!

I wish we could have stayed longer. We were 2 couples in suites 5 & 6. A perfect location and more than could be expected. The rooms are large, clean and well laid out with plenty of lighting, comfortable beds and linens, A/C for those warm days and nights, the kitchen is stocked with all the necessities and more and the decor is thoughtfully and beautifully done. Thank you for having a kettle for those of us that drink tea and the snacks were great. An awesome book to guide you thru operating the amenities, a restaurant guide, historical information +++. The parking and access instructions are clear. What a gem.

The room was beautiful, but I can’t help but notice that my experience is different from other reviews. We had King Suite #3 and the room itself was beautiful.

Then I went to check the bed for bedbugs. No bedbugs! The sheets however were stained on every layer including the comforter. Right where I was expected to lay there was a rip and a stain in the linens. So the linens were not clean up to my standards, if I were them I’d throw them out and start fresh.

The bathroom was dirty. The walls need to be fully cleaned and probably repainted. The hair dryer looks VERY dated and the filter is full of dirt so I chose not to use it at all. The baseboards and some of the ceiling in this room need to be done.

Lastly just disappointing that there is no staff on sight. If you’re looking for a friendly hello and directions (or you need to ask for clean sheets) good luck.

We always try to book a suite during October for the Bisbee 1000, we have been lucky only once to have stayed at Canyon Rose ?— BUT we always try to get a room here because we really enjoyed our time here!
Our room was very clean. They have huge attention to detail! There were even beers to drink in the fridge! ?
Unfortunately, we didn’t interact with anyone except via email and text! What is amazing about this is you can check in without having a key. It was all just key codes to the doors. ? ?
Canyon Rose is centrally located in Bisbee, and you can walk to most restaurants, the museum, to the coffeehouse!
We did not experience anything ghostly ?
Parking ?️ can be difficult to find!

This hotel was picked for our ladies trip to Bisbee and it could not have been nicer. We rented 5 of the suites and all of them were roomy, nicely decorated and the bed linens were fabulous! It was located in the perfect location for shopping and walking. Suite 7 and 8 open up to each other which created a large living area where we played games every night The hotel employees were very kind. I left my shirt there and they even mailed it back to me. We will be back for another trip for sure!!!

We loved this place. Check in was so easy. The suite is really an apartment with big windows, a kitchen, living area. It is decorated nicely. They stocked it with fresh water, snacks and coffee. Very quiet and clean. They couldn’t have been nicer in their communications. Inn is centrally located in old Bisbee. Would definitely come back again.

Very nice suite in an older but well maintained historic building. Spacious bedroom and well equipped kitchen were immaculately clean. The email based check-in system was smooth and professional with many reminders about how to find the hotel parking. ||Centrally located to all the downtown shops and restaurants. All just a brief stroll away. A huge plus was how quiet the hotel is. Many other nearby hotels have bars on their street level and can be noisy. I can honestly say the Canyon Rose is the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. It's an excellent hotel!

We were just there for an overnight stay. It was a wonderful place to unwind after a three hour drive and lay our heads. There was a small glitch with our reservation, it was handled immediately. Kudos to Mark. As previous reviewers have said this place is a Gem. The room was like an apartment with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to stay as long as you like. It was not only charming and clean we were left complimentary water, soda, snacks and coffee. If you’re coming to Bisbee this is where you should stay. A great hotel and a great location.
