I didnt know what to do and their security guard a very nice caring lady walked me through it all. Got to meet with the social worker who was very informative and set me up with food stamps and medicaid.

I've never been on state assistance when I lived in Pennsylvania, mainly because every time I went to the assistance office the staff acted like they only knew negative emotions.

Since I ended up going back here on 3 separate days for various reasons and not once felt I was bothering anyone I decided to award them one of my very rare 5 star ratings.

I would like to have Koneshia Johnson and Anaiah Johnson for their friendly attitudes and very professionalism. It was very confusing trying to get medical benefits, but they got me through and approved taking a lot of stress off my household. I just wanted for them to be recognized.

I have been trying to call for days and there's a new phone system that keeps dropping the call everytime! I got through twice yesterday but there was so much crackling I couldn't hear anything and the calls still dropped. I'm disabled and can't go to the office and I need to speak to someone! Caseworkers aren't even listed on paperwork so I have no way to know who to contact through email.

I’m giving them a 2 because I was able to use email to get my paperwork and verification items to my worker to get approved. This facility has the most rude and disengaged social workers I have ever met. I can’t wrap my head around why someone would choose this line of work and never be happy, Greet/answer people with a smile or just genuinely want to help people in need. This is so sad.

Horrible staff. There were these 2 black ladies at the back desk through the doble Doors who were just rude and treating the people rude, especially the hispanics. I understand that some of them cant speak english but they dont even find a way to help people. Horrible place.

I went for help with medical insurance for pregnancy and the one who attended me supposedly spoke Spanish and English, but when I asked her she told me that she did not speak Spanish and she told me that no one here speaks Spanish, even though there was a sign on her booth that said yes. and when I handed her the sheets to fill out and she read them, she told me: you're crazy, now you've come to ask for help, no one told you to get pregnant, why would you want a baby if you don't have anything. She said all of this in English with her other classmates making a mocking face. I do understand English, but I don't speak it 100%. And I felt bad because they laughed at me and my situation. I didn't say anything though.
