During the entire pre-wedding process, Ummer was invaluable in his ability to wrangle us and manage our stress over such a huge event. We had a schedule, and he kept us to it, which is exactly what we wanted.

When it came to the day of, he was even better. Everything went perfectly smoothly, largely due to Ummer going above and beyond for us. Ummer did an incredible job with our wedding. Our wedding was on a small budget with under 50 guests and LOTS of DIY aspects, and Ummer was great to work with. We wanted a more intimate wedding that felt like us, so a fair amount of it was unconventional.

I’m so happy with how Ummer always understood our vision and helped get us there with his superb planning and event coordinating experience. Even at the event, he was amazing at keeping us on the timeline without us feeling stressed. I also appreciate what a good job he did with maintaining contact with all of our vendors and keeping us all on the same page. So many guests personally complimented Ummer on his work! When we brought Ummer on we were roughly a month out from our wedding. I almost couldn't believe that he was willing to take on the challenge of planning our big day in such a short amount of time but he assured us he thought it was possible and he was ready for the challenge. The timeline he constructed was extremely detailed and helped us iron out the finer details we would have otherwise overlooked.

When the day of our wedding came, he delivered. "Game Day" went as smoothly as I could have hoped and any issues that came up were handled, many without us even having to know! He handled the event extremely well and was very attentive to our needs. At the end of the night, we were extremely happy and the best part was neither of us had to watch the clock at all that day! He was always right there to handle keeping the day on track and interact with the vendors so we didn't need to while we were celebrating.

I can't recommend Ummer enough. If you are planning a wedding he should be your first choice for a day of coordinator--but try not to wait until the last minute like we did!

Ummer Dar is a Rockstar! He was such a huge help in planning for my big day. He’s super detail oriented and made sure the my wedding day went according to schedule. He did such a great job with keeping our wedding day true to plan and even made sure that everybody was having a good time. When I started my wedding planning I really had no clue where to start and Ummer created the itinerary so that everybody knew what to expect. Our evening planning sessions really help me envision my wedding day and capture all the important details that I probably would have forgotten.
