Rose with Sterling Vacations put together the perfect family trip for our family of 5. This was the first time we took a real family vacation out of the country. I had no idea where to begin and Rose guided me from the very beginning and through a long 6 month process from passports to the trip itself. She was kind and above all patient with all my questions and took the time to listen to truly find the right trip. We wanted beautiful water and fun excursions and she suggested Costa Rica. The trip itself was perfect! The resort, Secrets Papagayo that she booked, could not have been more accommodating and paradise filled. Every need was highly met, the rooms, the people, the food, the drinks, the tours, the staff, they were more than what we could have planned. I had several requests as far as direct flights and other things and Rose made them all happen. I called her monthly and then what seemed like daily with questions and she was so knowledgeable and always had answers. I highly recommend her and Sterling Vacations and we will be using her again for our next vacation that we will be taking.

Thank you Rose for putting together a great vacation. Our trip required 5 flights, 5 different hotels and a train ride and Sterling travel did a great job planning it all. We asked for unique local hotels rather than “Americanized” hotels and Rose found awesome places for us to stay. We had no issues with flights and everything arrived and departed on time. We will definitely use Sterling vacations for our next trip.

Rose with Sterling Vacations is a delight and a very knowledgeable travel representative. We met her in our travels and decided to call her when we were perplexed on where to take our teenage granddaughter. She put together an affordable vacation that met all of our needs, and we had a delightful time.
