10/10!! Breathe taking venue. We had a wonderful experience. From the design meeting to the day of our event. Everyone was very responsive & catering. We were very pleased and impressed with The waiters and staff, the day of our event! Everyone was more than willing to help where they could & brought such easy to hosting our baby shower! I just want to thank the entire Crystal Ballroom staff for everything. I’m so pleased with how everything turned out to be. This was the best experience ever. My original officiant backed out on me the day before my wedding. Ellie from Crystal ballroom was my day of event coordinator and she was licensed to officiate our wedding. If it had not been for Ellie, I probably wouldn’t have had the wedding on my contracted date. I just want to thank Ellie, Paola, and the other staff members for 100% execution and for being there for us when we needed the most.

Crystal Ballroom Brandon is not such a venue, they are an experience. In a world where an elegant wedding can cost more than a car, Crystal Ballroom does an excellent job of giving you a dream come true at a fraction of the cost. Our experience was definitely a complicated one. With Covid-19, we were not sure if our wedding was going to happen. We did not know if we were going to be like the millions of couples who had to cancel their wedding and lose out on all the money paid. Crystal Ballroom put our mind at ease with their professionalism, and speaking to us as family members, instead of consumers. Instead of canceling our wedding, they provided us endless amounts of options to make sure both me and my fiance were happy. And boy did they deliver. going above and beyond to not only reschedule us, but assist us with all other fires going on around us. On a comfort level, there is no one that will provide the service that they did. At any time, I can call or text all of the members and they're response was always, "Yes, whatever you want." You will never find service like that.

Lets talk about the ceremony. It was epic. We had 160 people sit comfortably in the ceremony space, and with an epic backdrop, everyone was able to see and witness every moment of our ceremony. It was decorated beautifully, vendors had a space to work, and everything flowed like a production.

Reception... Everyone that came to our wedding said that it was the most elegant, classy and fun wedding they have ever attended. Centerpieces, napkin rings, flowers, décor, champagne towers, cake stands, gift tables, the list goes on and on and every inch was covered with elegant table covers, table runners, chargers, flowers, accessories, glitz, glamour. It was something out of a movie. Even our Cake Lady was impressed with their floating cake stand.

Staff. Unreal. everyone works together to ensure we have everything we want and they do everything to make your dream come true. Special shout out to Paola and Ketie for always being there, at any moment, to fulfill any request, answer any question and provide guidance. I'm a little extra, and I like to go over to the top. And these girls not only entertained my wild imagination, they helped fulfill it.

But Geidy is something else entirely. There is nothing she can't do. She is a fairy God-mother. Anything we wanted, she procured. Any fires, she put out. Any stressful moments, she diffused. Every step of the way, we had the most attentive, detail oriented, professional person involved. She was made for this. She worked hand in hand with every vendor, she was running around to make sure not only we were happy, but she made sure the guests were as well.

Planning a wedding is one of the most stressful phases of your life you will go through. Planning a Covid wedding, is 100x more stressful. With Geidy and the Crystal Ballroom Brandon, it was cake. Vendors canceling or going out of business days before the wedding. No problem, they get on the phone and they ask for personal favors to vendors they have exclusive access too, and just like that, right back on track. Days before the wedding, a vendor called to tell me they cant fulfill a request we had, after speaking to Crystal Ballroom, they got on the phone with my vendor and made the impossible possible.

This is the ONLY place to host ANY event. Weddings, birthdays, baby showers. The space can me arranged in any manner. The staff are so flexible and talented.

Picking the venue was the hardest choice of our wedding planning, and picking Crystal Ballroom - Brandon was the BEST choice we made. Because you're not just getting a space, you're getting a party team. With their attention on you. Ensuring every detail is planned out. Every vendor is on the same page. And every individual and vendor is satisfied.

We came looking for a place to get married, and ended up gaining a family. Thank you guys for everything you did and hand to put up with to make our wedding THE MOST TALKED ABOUT EVENT OF THE DECADE!

LeVenue seriously rocked our wedding beyond our expectations! Sivilay and her crew pulled off some next-level magic, turning our day into an absolute stunner. She worked with us from start to finish and was very accommodating of all our requests and budget concerns! The vibe they created was a perfect mix of classy and welcoming. Props to Sivilay for her genius touch, and the whole team for keeping the party running smooth. LeVenue is hands down the spot for an epic celebration. Beautiful Venue, My husband and I got married here in April 2024 and it was a amazing, beautiful stunning wedding❤️ Silvalay was who we worked with regarding all our wedding ideas and the wedding cost!
