Just got back from the NYC Trip yesterday. We had a blast as we do every time we go. We got there and back safely without incident, just like we have the past couple years.

Our driver Jerome was the best. We had him last year too he doesn't miss a beat. This year they added text communication for departing from the city, big thumbs up from me. The tour guide made sure we knew what was happening, and kept us informed of changes, and when they arrived to pick us up.

My kids and I can't wait for the Christmas Trip. Booking seats Friday when I get paid

My family of 3 took the red eye to NYC! We had an absolute blast! Went to the Met, saw a Broadway show, went to a Broadway dinner show and a ton of other things. The bus was clean and when we boarded on our way home the seats were reclined for the passengers for easy sleep. They had backup chargers for emergency for the passengers. Very thoughtful. Communication was excellent for pickup. This was just a fun memorable trip that this company helped to provide!

We were on the trip to NYC July, and I must say that no, we did not expect Egyptian cotton and essential oils to sleep, but we did expect equal accommodations for all that paid for the experience. There were clearly 2 busses that showed up. There was a coach bus, which is what I expected, and a shuttle bus. Those of us that got there first for pick up should have been able to choose our seats. If you didn't experience the shuttle bus, you have no idea. In fact so many people fled from the shuttle bus, due to the uncomfortable ride , there were only the few left that did not FIT on the coach. All that being said, the people who took care of us were fantastic, our time in NY was fantastic, we got there on time, no delays, no problems and I said so to anyone that would listen. Roller Coach was great to listen to our concerns , and handled it appropriately. We appreciated your time. Thank you

My friend and I were on the July NYC Trip. This was not our first bus trip to NYC.

Tell me you never took a bus trip, without telling me you never took a bus trip. I don’t know what other people expect. Your ride to feel Iike a 5 star hotel bed, with Egyptian Cotton sheets laced with essential oils to help you sleep? Or is your car more comfortable over the 10,000 potholes along the way? You can’t tell me you wouldn’t be able to fully sleep either way. And I hope no one has that expectation.

This is the first time we took Roller Coach. The other companies I have ridden with, in a brand new bus to NYC overnight have not been prepared for a trip like this. From breakdowns, and being stranded for hours, and to drivers falling asleep behind the wheel and placing them in between the other busses so the driver doesn’t fall asleep anymore.

Great Job Roller Coach and Tours Drivers. They did everything that was promised and what we paid for which was safe and hassle free transportation to and from NYC. IMO it was done far superior than what I had experienced before.

I would recommend the team at Roller Coach & Tours to anyone needing charter bus services. We had a 30 person family group heading to Cleveland for a Guardians game and did not want a "party bus" or caravan of cars. The pricing was fair, the bus was clean / comfortable / included a bathroom and our driver was very professional and safe. They were flexible with our contracted hours knowing baseball games are fluid and allowed our family to bring snacks / drinks. It was a great experience and glad we found them.

We used Roller Coach for our High School Baseball Spring trip to Winston-Salem. Even with constant changes and changing needs do to some rain outs, the communication and flexibility were top notch. The driver was phenomenal and interacted very well with the coaches and kids and always was in a good mood. Would highly recommend Roller Coach for all your busing needs.

Driver was professional beyond all expectations. Bus was 1st class. Service 1st class. our trip was a football game over 2 hours. the comfort and ease with which we got there and home was unbelievable. This will be the 1st place I call for any future trips. Can't say enough positive about the entire operation.
