Was a little nervous to bring our 4.5 year old, 2.5 year old and newborn on a 3 hour boat tour but they did great. Crew was so nice to the kiddos. They entertained them painting a wooden boat for a while and let them drive the boat on the way back. Great sights even though it wasn’t the best of weather. Lunch fare was good husband said his cheeseburger was delicious. Would recommend!

What a fun cruise on Moosehead Lake! There was a live band with great music, exceptionally friendly staff, the ladies in the galley made quick and tasty food, the captain was kind and the sunset views were amazing!

Fun, affordable, family entertainment. The two hour Moose Island cruise is wonderful. Narrated information on sights. Beautiful scenery. Nice museum and gift shop next door.

Lovely 3 hour cruise to Sugar Island and back. We enjoyed the guided tour and ordered lunch as well. Bring sunscreen if it's a nice day.

Very nice way to spend an afternoon on a beautiful lake! The Captain did a great job pointing out all the interesting spots. It's great for all ages ....children were giving the opportunity to take the helm for a few . Being able to cruise on such an important piece of history was an honor.

Wonderful narrated trip full of beautiful sites along Maine’s largest lake! My family and I had a great time. The crew was professional, friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. The ride was beautiful and I learned a lot about Moosehead Lake. If we had any additional questions, they were answered by one of the crew members and I would highly recommend a tour on the Katahdin! Boarding was easy, buying tickets was a breeze online and the food on board was actually good! All around great trip with great people and guests! Thank you!

This was a fun trip. We took the 2-hour Moose Island cruise on a spring Saturday morning. Easy to buy tickets online and then show the QR code they email you to board. No need to check in beforehand. Typical Maine weather started out sunny; got cloudy, chilly, and windy; then sunny again. So you may need to bring some layers. Beautiful scenery and interesting narration by the captain. There’s food and drinks available on the boat (we didn’t try it, but it looked good and the prices seemed reasonable. The crew was very friendly. Make sure to visit the wheelhouse when the captain invites everyone during the second half of the cruise. All in all, it was well worth the price of the tickets.

Wonderful 8-hr cruise on Moosehead Lake! I was impressed by the organized way of boarding the passengers, the staff's friendliness and professionalism, the nice Continental breakfast and delicious turkey dinner, and the narration to keep us informed on the beautiful and interesting sights. This was such a great experience!
