Lilli and her team did an outstanding job with our wedding and truly went the extra mile for us! If you are on the fence about getting a wedding planner, I highly recommend it! Lilli was incredibly organized and asked us about so many small things that we would’ve completely forgotten if it weren’t for her. My bridal party was very impressed with how on top of things she was at our rehearsal. She even told us how to pose properly while we exchanged rings!

Where to begin? I’ve been a bride/ COVID bride with them for over 2 1/2 years! Lilli, Bailey and Whitney made my life a breeze! Planning a destination wedding had challenges but they were amazing and bridging the gap. They were always available for phone calls, emails, zoom meetings you name it. They were always so understanding when I would change my mind and were always so genuinely sweet. We had monthly meetings to keep me on track and I loved aisle planner! I can’t say enough amazing things about Lilli Black the Sweetly Paired team! My husband and I were planning a wedding at the top of a 12,000 ft mountain, in mid-December, while living 3,300 miles away in Honolulu. Lilli was a godsend from day 1! Over an entire year of planning, the team constantly kept checking with us, even when there was nothing yet to do, and helped us make every important decision along the way. They come prepared with a list of outstanding vendors, and all you have to do is choose which best suits you.

When the day finally came, everything was so well planned that literally all we had to do was wake up and start enjoying ourselves. Everyone always talked about how stressful a wedding can be for the couple, but I can honestly say that my husband and I were able to enjoy every single minute of that day thanks to Sweetly Paired and the incredible vendors who put it all together for us.

She took care of any and all issues that arose with any of our vendors from start to finish. She made our day picture perfect and we didn’t have to worry about absolutely anything the day of. We worked with Lilli for our wedding in Beaver Creek, CO in July 2016—she was both our day-of-coordinator and florist. She did an impeccable job in every aspect and made sure that our wedding day was flawless.

Lilli started the “day of” work more than a few months out from the wedding. I emailed her with vendor information and general questions and she always got back to me promptly. I had the opportunity to fly out to Colorado before the wedding and she took the time to sit down with my mom and me to talk through every aspect of the timeline and sketch out the decorations and florals.

During the wedding weekend, she and her assistant, Gracie (who was also amazing!) drove out to Beaver Creek and ran the rehearsal the night before. The next morning they were up early delivering bouquets, boutonnières, picking up last minute reception decorations, etc. We had a LOT of moving parts with our wedding, including a huge wedding party, getting guests to the top of the mountain and then riding the gondolas down the mountain after the ceremony, etc. Lilli did a seamless job navigating through the day and made sure that I was never made aware of any issues that came up (I still don’t know if any did!)

If you get a chance to work with Lilli through Sweetly Paired or Bella Calla, you won’t regret it. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her and her team!
