Nate is an awesome guide. We didn't spot any moose, but it wasn't for his lack of trying! We did have a great tour of the Maine back country and the leaves were absolutely gorgeous! If we ever get back this way we will come back and try again!

Let me start by saying, if you get the chance to go on a moose excursion, do it! It was amazing! We had the best time. We booked a tour on 5/30/24 at 5:00 pm. There were 3 other people and our guide, Tim. We went out in a van to some remote roads and areas to try to spot moose. A cow and her baby walked across the road. We took pictures from inside the van. We were able to get out the van when we later spotted more moose and also to stretch our legs. The excursion lasts roughly 4 hours. Spotting a moose is not guaranteed, but you can participate in looking for them. Our guide was excellent and shared much knowledge during the ride. It was a great experience!

Our guide Reed was awesome. He was very informative about moose and the local history. He did his absolute best to find us a moose and he did. We loved this safari and would definitely come back.

We took a 6am private canoe tour to try and see some Moose. Our guide Sam was extremely knowledgeable and awesome to travel with! We were warned that it is late in the season and seeing Moose on the lake was much less likely. None the less it was a great morning on the water and we actually saw 2 Moose! Definitely recommend using Northeast Whitewater for any guided tours!

Had a great land Moose tour. Hunter broke his personal best by seeing 6 Moose on our tour!!! We were able to leave the van and hang by the side of the clearing and watch 2 Moose for a while. Made my day!! We also saw a Red Tailed Hawk, a Snowshoe Hare and a family of Turkeys. Hunter was very knowledgeable about Moose and Maine. I learned a great deal about Moose and was so happy to finally see some in the wild! Highly recommend Northeast Moose Tours

We loved the trip. We took the 4:00 moose canoe trip. Although we didn’t see any while out on the water we did see a moose on the ride back. Our guide Hunter was excellent. Would definitely recommend. A+ on everything!!

What a terrific day rafting the Kennebec River with Derek. Although the put-in is quite a steep walk and stair system, the trip more than made up for that. My family enjoyed the day rafting, plus paddling the duckies too! What a great Maine experience!

Ourbtour guide was Sam ( i believe). He was awesome!! The trip was very nice and a beautiful drive. We did see 1 cow moose, she stopped and posed for us. 🥰
