This is the trip you want to book! We did an anniversary trip getaway and spent a sunny, 80 degree day in NOVEMBER! With Captain Mark exploring the islands. So glad we deferred to his expertise on the timing- he called to tell us our original day planned would be very windy. We were able to switch to the day before which really made our trip even better than we had planned. We also deferred to him on the spots to hit, so glad we did. We enjoyed such a relaxing day, saw some playful dolphins, wild horses and hiked beautiful trails on the islands. He has so much knowledge about all things wildlife, history and boating, a pleasure to talk with. Recommending this trip to all of our family and friends.

We were so fortunate to find Captain Mark during a Google search. I was looking for an individual experience for my family visiting from Italy. He was most accommodating in helping build an itinerary that would give them an incredible vacation memory. We had a wonderful day with Captain Mark! By far the best experience we had on the Crystal Coast. We collected a lot of great shells, saw 6 wild horses and 3 pods of dolphins! As well as enjoyed an awesome boat ride enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Captain Mark is very knowledgeable about the local history and all things maritime. We will definitely return. From my 6 year old, “best day ever!” We all couldn’t agree more!

Couldn't have asked for a better day on the water and land being led by Captain Mark. I told him I wanted to see a wild horse and that's what he set out to accomplish. And wild horses we found!! Along with shelling and a beautiful ride through the waterways of Beaufort and Morehead. 100% recommend Captain Mark !

We had a wonderful time out with Captain Mark on the BWB tour and checked all the boxes. We saw horses (including a baby foal), dolphins up close, lots of great shelling and plenty of time for a swim at the beach to cool off. Captain Mark is extremely knowledgeable about the area too so we learned lots of cool things while out! It was hot day for us Minnesotans but he made sure we stayed comfortable and hydrated the entire time. Our youngest said it wasn’t just the best day of our vacation but was “the best day ever!” Would highly recommend a day out with Captain H2O.

In one word, excellent! First, Capt. Mark made time to fit us in on very short notice. No rushing or pushy schedule like most excursions, smooth transitions that feel natural. It was relaxing and therefore enjoyable, like having your own boat. Captain Mark was very personable and knowledgeable, taking a personal interest in us. Highly recommend H20 Captain! Capt Mark is a wonderful professional and knowledgeable charter service. He caters to each individual’s needs. My husband and I are repeat customers and now friends with Capt Mark. We asked his help for timing, weather, location as we wanted photos of the wild horses as well as the lighthouse in a particular light. He sure did deliver! We had an awesome experience. We had a great time with Mark, the boat was immaculate and he provided a thorough safety briefing, the size was perfect for our small group of 3. He was easygoing and willing to be flexible to accommodate our wants during our tour with him and even took a ton of pictures of us. We saw a small group of 3 horses on Shackleford Banks and were able to get some great photos. We definitely recommend!
