We just returned home from our 7 day Disney vacation and my husband keeps complimenting me on how well planned the trip was... I don't deserve any of this credit... it was ALL Erin! I had no idea what I was doing and was quite honestly intimidated with all the options Disney has to offer. Erin quickly learned about my family's particular goals for vacation and curated options that met our taste and our budget. She was super available and walked me through every step of planning. I felt completely ready to take on this trip by the time I got there and didn't even realize how easy she had made it until we were just living the dream (and the magic) of our amazing Disney vacation! We flew to Disney on Christmas night and even on such a big holiday, Erin reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. She was available while we were down there and answered my text within minutes of sending.
I truly couldn't have done this trip without Erin and will be using her for years to come for all our future trips! Look no further...

We had a wonderful trip to Walt Disney World! Erin made our family vacation “Pure Disney Magic.” Erin did all the foot work , getting park tickets, signing us up for the dining plan, making our hotel reservations on Disney property ,and making all of our dinner reservations with the highlight being getting the highly sought after reservation for dinner with Cinderella in her castle. She gave us tips on what rides to rope drop and explained how Genie Plus works. Check in was a breeze all because of Erin’s hard work. I will definitely be using her for our next trip to Disney World.

Erin has made our first Disney adventure truly magical. It was our first time to Disneyworld and I was anxious before the trip because we chose the busiest time of the year to go, Christmas nonetheless. But, Erin helped me plan our vacation so that we could make the most out of it despite the crowd. I am a planner so I had so many questions but Erin was so patient with me and gave me all the information I needed. We had 2 virtual meetings prior to our trip that by the time we got to Disneyworld, it was a breeze. With Erin's help, we conquered Disneyworld and had a blast doing it! Erin was absolutely fabulous! This was my first time back to Disney since I was a kid. So I was definitely thinking our first Disney trip with our kids would overwhelm me. But I honestly enjoyed the whole planning process and we had an absolute magical vacation at Disney!

Erin was so easy to talk to on the phone and would quickly answer text. The documents she sent made understanding the parks and app very clear. I couldn’t have ever done Disney without her.

Our first conversation helped her understand our families interest and budget so she created a few proposals for us. Once we decided which resort and parks we wanted Erin booked everything for us. Right up front she suggested Away We Go transportation for the airport and Scooter Bug rental for a double stroller rental. It was so nice not having to shop around for these businesses, I could just go with a professionals opinion! She helped us get magic bands ordered. Then she sent us park guides and a breakdown of dining. We had another phone call about dining options and how to book and Erin helped me book our reservations 60 days out …even while she was on a cruise!

As the trip got closer Erin on the phone broke down the parks and talked strategy with me. She walked me through how to use the app especially Genie Plus. Erin sent me detailed packing checklist about three weeks out and it was so helpful she had so many items I wouldn’t have ever thought of. Erin sent a detailed itinerary with all our confirmations and reservations in one spot. And reminder documents on park navigations.

About a week out we had a final phone call where I asked all my last minute questions and got her last few pointers. The whole week leading up Erin was happy to answer all my pop up questions over text.

The planning process was so easy before we went and I felt like I was very educated and felt much more confident going to Disney with our girls for their first visit. I never had to browse Facebook groups or study you tube videos…I was able to rely on a real person!!

I still was a little nervous about being able to navigate Disney while actually in the park but I am being 100 percent honest after the first hour in the park I was like oh my goodness I’ve got this!! And I can only say that because of how well Erin prepared me! So many times my husband and mother in law made comments how perfectly everything was planned and I always said Erin was our real MVP! We never waited more than 15 min for a ride bc I knew how to navigate Genie Plus. We ate at all of our top pick reservation restaurants bc Erin helped me book them 60 days out we only had one back up restaurant on our original itinerary and while at Disney we were able to switch our character breakfast to our top pick the night before bc Erin told me there would be a high chance the night before it would open up. Erin put in a request for the best wing at our resort and we got that upon arrival. She encouraged me to get Memory maker photo pass, and I’m so glad we did that too!

You are crazy to plan a trip on your own when you can take advantage of Erin at no cost!

Our week was magical at Disney and we owe it to Erin and MVP! I’ll pass her name along to all my friends and would use her again for future travels in a heartbeat!
