This was my old house when I lived in Kennett Square! Matt and David took the property over and I’m so glad they did. The carriage home is magical and now anyone can stay. Close to shops and walking distance to everything. 228 is absolutely beautiful and the bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I’m so excited to come back! Best hosts ever.

Matt and David are the best hosts in the area! Place is immaculate and has all the features you could ask for in a luxury level short term rental. The tiny house is perfect for a romantic couples getaway! Excellent communication throughout the process and they are right next door if you need absolutely anything. Highly recommend all of their rentals as we've stayed in multiple now.

This our third time staying at the Maiden Lane property! We absolutely love it here! Not only is it spotless, the kitchen is amazing and the dining room has a wonderful farm table for the family to gather around! Matt and David are perfect hosts…very responsive! And the location is so convenient to all the shops and restaurants! We will be back!

Beautiful flat very close to all the shops of Kennett Square. Was lovely to wake up and take a fall stroll to a delicious latte at the cafe 5 minutes from the front door. Really enjoyed our stay with family for a fall wedding.

I had an extended stay in the Tiny House at Kennett Square and I can only rave about how convenient, clean, comprehensive and comfortable the space was. I was moving from my old home to a new one and found the Tiny House to be a comforting place to be during the stress of moving. I highly recommend it!

We stayed in the Luxury Apartment in the Historic Carriage House property mid-June and absolutely loved it! Every detail throughout this unit made us feel right at home.

It was bright, super-clean, and had wonderful decor and incredibly thoughtful amenities throughout. The kitchen was well-stocked with high-quality appliances and finishes. The bathroom was fantastic too, with lots of shelving and a fabulous shower that felt SO good after a long day of visiting family and seeing the sights.

The location is perfect, just 2 blocks from downtown Kennett Square. It's tucked just off of Union making it both convenient and quiet.

Accessing the unit was simple. The hosts were always in touch, sending helpful information prior to our arrival, and easy check-out info. We will definitely book this property again!

Our family stayed at 228 Maiden (one bedroom/one bath/king bed) and another member of the family stayed at the Tiny House at 230 Maiden (one bedroom/one bath/double bed). I preferred the design and interior finishing's of the Tiny House, however the bed was too small for us as a couple (hubby is 6'4") so he took the bed and I slept on the two seater sofa ( I am 5'4"). The king size bed in 228 Maiden is divine! The inside of 228 Maiden is pleasant yet not as contemporary as the Tiny House. The units are well stocked and very clean. The location is perfect to walk into Kennett Square and off street parking is a plus. We will be back - likely stay in the Tiny House and bring our blow up mattress. Very good value and great option for the area it is located. The service and response times were also wonderful.
