It is with great pleasure that I write how amazing this company is to work with. Far exceeded my expectations of how special their set up can make any occasion. Contacted them days before my son decided to propose to his girlfriend with a picnic at Ross Dock Park in Fort Lee NJ (beautiful views). They were SO responsive and KIND with all my questions. They helped map out the details. They truly made my son and his fiancé have one of the best days of their lives. I cannot thank them enough. Please don't hesitate to use this company!!! Worth every penny because they will make it the most memorable day for all.

When I say Pop Up Picnic took all my stress away to surprise my husband with his family for his birthday I cannot emphasise it enough!!
From the colour scheme of his football team, the the cutlery, plates, napkins…. Again all on theme - OUTSTANDING!!
We just rocked up, his family were there for the surprising. We ate , drank and laughed over this stunning set up and once we were done we didn’t have to lift a finger to clean anything up!! They did it all! Incredible service and top notch to deal with, response time 10/10!! I will definitely be hiring them again. Thank you Stephanie and team

Still in Lala land from this magical experience! We loved everything from this event. From the ease and stress-free feelings leading up to it to the beautiful well thought through decor and placement of the event. The whole thing flew by so quickly and my partner and all of our 20 some guests were so delighted and pleased from this experience. I could not have Imagined it better, the food, fruit and the little deserts were so delicious! Stephanie and her crew were beyond wonderful and kind. Pop up picnic was one of the best experiences of my life. I reached out via Instagram for a booking for my birthday, and they responded quickly with options and prices. Stephanie was so nice and fast responding to me if I had any questions or concerns. They were able to explain how the process of payments work and sent an invoice in such a timely manner. I also wasn’t sure about adding the food table/option so it wasn’t in my original plan, but Stephanie was very kind and was accommodating in including it just a few days before and honestly best decision I made. Also, they were able to give me information regarding color options for the set up and it really turned out better then I could have imagined!

Day of the event, they were able to direct me to the location smoothly with no issues, and it looked gorgeous! I was very excited and so happy with the whole set up. I want to give my thanks to all of them for making this day wonderful. I will definitely be using them again for any celebration I have coming up.

From start to finish 10/10. I found the company on TikTok and immediately went to Ig to DM an inquiry. There was a fast response and all of my questions was answered and deposit was sent via an email invoice. Stephanie and her crew was amazing. The set up was beautiful!! I brought wine and forgot a cork screw and when asked, one was brought to me by a crew member. We wanted to extend our time and fortunately we were able to. The location was at Brooklyn bridge park which was secluded and had the perfect view of Manhattan’s skyline. I would definitely recommend the services and plan to book again. I had the food option and the sandwiches, fruits and cookies were all delicious, along with the lemonade which my guy loved. You literally just have to show up and everything you need is there. I brought a Bluetooth speaker but they did provide a small one. The games were fun and the day was just perfect. Thank you 🙂
