My daughter and her fiancé were having trouble moving forward, with how overwhelming planning a wedding can be. Bringing Karen in was the answer. Her consultation is so thorough, she really gets to know you and brings in her experience to help you more clearly define your vision. Literally, the wedding couldn’t have been more perfect. As a destination wedding, Karen put in additional work which isn’t the norm in Maryland. She is in constant contact with vendors. One of my definitive moments is when I was checking on some detail and she said ‘you go on and enjoy yourself, I’ll take care of it’- which is exactly what you expect and want of a wedding planner! Even if it was something not specifically discussed, she has worked with you so well, she knows exactly what you want 😊 highly recommend

My husband Scott and I hosted our daughter’s wedding last weekend and we don’t even know where to start about our coordinator Breanna.
Breanna was asked to step in to help us with the wedding just a couple months before the event and she jumped in to help without hesitation! Breanna was on top of everything the day of the wedding. and her communication with our family, all vendors and guests was exemplary!
We cannot say enough amazing things about Breanna! Her professionalism, calming manner and friendly personality went above and beyond! We are so thankful she was there to help us celebrate our daughter’s big day!

Karen was positive and informative at times. She helped us with the planning up until 4 months before our wedding. The month before the wedding she missed 2 planned meetings. I ended up creating the timeline and meeting with the vendors independently. Our photographer pointed out that she didn’t have the correct day for our rehearsal despite several emails sent updating everyone about the rehearsal. The day of the wedding was chaotic because she was not as involved with the planning the month before the wedding. She was frustrated with my dad and the groomsmen because things were chaotic to her. The centerpieces were fixed by my sister because they consisted of twigs and random leaves from the garland. It looked like the wind blew debris on the table. There weren’t enough table settings for people on the table. When my sister pointed it out, it was not received well. Karen is a wonderful person and was helpful with handling some family drama and orchestrating our rehearsal. However, I am writing this review because I don’t feel like I fully received a service I paid for and wished I had saved the money for something else.

Over the course of many months, she worked through lots of logistical hurtles with us to help us make it happen. She was always incredibly sensitive to our special requests and any needs we had. She definitely went above and beyond in the process. Karen was also on-sight for the day-of. She picked up our cake, tackled late-breaking emergency developments deftly, and made sure the show ran smoothly in general. She excellently kept us free from worry so we could fully enjoy our day. This team is AMAZING!! The video chatted with me, emailed all the time, and met with me in person before my big day! They made sure everything went to smoothly. They also are there emotionally and as a bride I didn’t realize how badly I needed that!!! They were truly so needed. 🥹they also have an online format for planning that is like no other!! A timeline tab you can both edit, budgets, seating chart it was so helpful!!! Couldn’t thank these ladies more!!

Karen and Breanna were a pleasure to work with.! We enlisted their help a couple months after our engagement aiming for a spring wedding 2024. Karen was very responsive and helpful (she also had knowledge of multicultural weddings which was a plus). She helped us find multiple venues for each of our wedding days that fit our vibe and helped with family expectations/management. She connected us with great vendors who gave us good prices and discounts. One vendor dropped out later (for unrelated reasons) and she was instrumental in connecting us with an even better vendor.
They were very helpful with the nitty gritty details, often things we didn’t think about. They were always available for meetings and met us at the venue (or our proxies if we couldn’t make it).
During the wedding weekend, they were fantastic corralling all the vendors and making sure everything went off without a hitch - and it really was perfect! I wouldn’t change anything about the weekend and they were very helpful in making that happen. Thank you so much Karen and Breanna for an excellent experience 🙂

We had an absolutely lovely experience working with Karen and Breanna for our wedding! We were initially connected with Karen about 1 year out from our wedding. Karen was great with helping us identify what needed to be booked and when (timeline wise) and what to think about and when (for example, bridesmaid dresses, cake tastings, etc). She was a great resource for vendors and ideas. We were able to find our band through Karen and every single guest had such positive, rave reviews about the band!!

Closer to the date of our wedding, we were connected with Breanna and she was so wonderful. She is detail oriented and organized very meticulous, and so coordinating more speciic items and details (like finding the style for and printing our wedding signs) was a breeze. Toward the last month before our wedding, she did a lot of heavy lifting behind the scenes (for example emailed/called our vendors to confirm timing and other specific details with them, etc). She even came with me to my last meeting with my venue to walk through the space and go through specific details.

On the day of our wedding, Breanna was absolutely amazing in keeping everything running smoothly. She made sure we were in the right space at the right time, were available for photos, made sure the right family members were seated in the right space, and just overall ensured that the day ran smoothly. She even ensured our items were gathered at the end of the night (down to the garment bag for my veil!!). We did not have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day thanks to Breanna! Overall a 10/10 experience!!
