I bought a package of 10 resorts for 6 years for about $7,500. If you use it, you will love it. Because you have so many choices. You can stay in many of the resorts for months which will get you out of the winters if you live up north like I do.

Beautiful park right on the Colorado River. Wild burros come through daily, and the scenery is lovely. A couple of reasons for 4 stars instead of 5: It is fairly noisy, and they definitely have a drainage issue, where rainfall just sits in the streets for days, causing a muddy mess.

My mom purchased her membership around about 10 years ago. We have been content and pleased; until this year. It has become extremely difficult to reserve. The receptionist are extremely rude. In particular the one who speaks Spanish. She hung up on me and told me I can't call for my mom. So my mom called and said we are trying to scam the resorts. My mom payed extra to add her children. So she proceeds to say our membership is tge cheapest one; so we should not feel entitled. Her name is Daisy. So when my mom asked for a supervisor it took a while. When the supervisor answered she starts yelling at my mom. She told my mom she does not understand her accent. We are lost. We called KQ where my mom purchased her membership. Tammy called them but said she could not get a hold of call center at 3. We payed thousands of dollars not to mention reservations. To now being treated like we are thief's. Accused, disrespect, and discriminate. We can't get any reservation for myself just my mom. Only because their is one call center and they keep saying all is booked. So if you would like to be treated poorly to get what you paid for please do so. There is no supervisor or someone to help.

October 10th we decided to reserve a camper for October fest. They gave us a trailer to stay in. When we opened the door, I was shocked. To the right was a queen size bed with no privacy. Right in front of us was a sofa and a fridge. To the left on the right was a counter with cabinets and the smallest sink I have ever seen. A tiny toaster oven and a microwave and NO STOVE, winddono To the left was a small table and 2 little stools..Then there were bunk bed's with no windows on the top bunk, and the bottom bunks windows was covered up. No ventilation... The bathroom toilet was dirty. There was no sink in there, there fore we had to use the tiny sink in the kitchen to wash up and brush our teeth. We and everyone else who come to this park pay matinance fees every year. I hope they didn't use them to remodel the trailers, because they are the worst ever. I hope something can be done.

Had a great 5 days celebrating a friend's 56th Birthday w/family and friends on the Colorado River ❤️ Of course, the stay at Emerald Cove RV Resort wouldn't be complete without seeing these beautiful wild burros (donkeys) at our campsite.

I have been a Member of CRA and my last trip out was a definite problem. I made a reservation 2 months in advance for Memorial weekend, we store our travel trailer at the Emerald Cove resort. we called ahead for an on/off and the day we arrived we were told they could not find our trailer! we helped to locate our unit in the locked storage (was not in the assigned space). and were then told by the gate staff they had no 50amp spots to put us in. I stated that was unacceptable and that they're inability to locate our trailer was no fault of ours and they should give us a 50amp site. the gent at the gate point blank said "well you can leave". at that point as a member I was completely angered by such a statement. and should not have been spoken to in that way.

False advertisement. They promise all these amenities to try out there facilities and Robin the supervisor of registration hangs up in my face. no professionalism. they do not keep there word or contracted agreement.

Love coming here. Been many years but it's quite the reminder why I bought it. Fun and relaxing.
