My first time using this venue but definitely not my last. Great professional staff very helpful. The space was clean and nice inside and outside on the patio. Overall spacing was perfect not crowded and not too spacious. Thank you so much for making my daughter's 16th birthday a success!

Thank you so much!!! I had planned my 25th bday since last year and I knew this was the perfect Venue. The owner was such an amazing help. Thank you Christine for being so responsive, professional, amazing and just a genuine person!! Every question I had was always answered, she was honestly there for me a lot and I truly love this venue. This was not the easiest location to find. I was on foot and wandered through the slightly abandoned Tri City Center before I found the polling place. I only found the storefront because a passerby kindly directed me. Once inside, it was a smooth process. There were only two people in line ahead of me. Two separate people helped me, both kind and helpful. The polling place was incredibly crowded and finding room to vote (and spread out) was not an easy task. However, it was quiet and everyone was respectful. I did not need to wait to place my ballot in the box. The volunteer who helped me was rushed but kind.
This venue is located close to Sees Candy not far from Burlington Coat Factory. However, it is buried behind empty storefronts, more than one parking lot, up stairs and then wrapped around a corner (but not quite all the way back.). There are several entrances to the level where the storefront is located. Pens were provided without asking. Stickers had to be asked for. The storefront was well used, but clean considering the amount of traffic it had seen.

Our experience with Venue 38 was fantastic. Everything went seamlessly. Pricing was competitive. Booking was easy. Christine and Kim were great. Our guests enjoyed the venue. A good time was had by all. The location was perfect for us and our guests. There is plenty of parking around the venue. I would definitely consider Venue 38 again for another event.

If you’re looking for an intimate great facility to have a Party wedding ,baby shower, Venue 38 is the place. The service was more than hospitality. They were hands help my family with a beautiful Graduation party for My Husband. I couldn’t be more grateful it clean and everything was so professional don’t take it from me.
