Nikki our Event Coordinator was absolutely amazing!! She took care of everything from start to finish without me having to follow-up. I entrusted Event Solutions with our Annual Company Picnic that I usually coordinate and I was extremely happy with the turn out.

If you need someone to plan everything from A-Z on your events please contact Event Solutions. Our coordinator was Nikki Yep and I highly recommend her and her entire team. Our CEO was extremely impressed as well as all staff in attendance. We will definitely be using them again!!

We had a fantastic time working with Nikki from Event Solutions to plan our corporate event, which was a "Summer Picnic" in Golden Gate Park. From sourcing vendors, to thinking through different locations and games / activities, to preparing for all the day-of logistics, Nikki was a true partner, and we were incredibly happy with Event Solutions' work: everything ran smoothly and all of our guests had an amazing time. We will definitely be reaching out to them for future corporate events and couldn't recommend them more!

Working with the event solutions team was a dream! Nikki was our event planner and she was professional, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and made sure our event went off without a hitch. She was an all around rockstar! She was point of contact for all vendors, was with us from beginning to end ( including carrying boxes, breaking down, and clearing up the venue after the event!)

We had a 300 person corporate party that was planned in less than 5 weeks. I went into this somewhat blind (not having a lot of experience planning massive parties) and I felt so comfortable from the initial call, and through the entire process.
All the vendors Nikki works with are incredible too!

Event Solutions planned a corporate event at the Petersen Museum I was an attendant at and the entire event from catering to the DJ to the decor was amazing! I am typically the one that plans all of our company events and I will say this is one event that I was able to sit back and enjoy. Event Solutions literally took care of EVERYTHING. I asked the day before what time I needed to be there and what I needed to bring? I was told by my senior event planner, Nikki Yep that everything has been taken care of and all I needed to do was sit back and enjoy the event, which I did!
