I have had an amazing experience with L&B concepts in the past year. However, my recent experience was horrible. I worked with a sales team member who consistently has an attitude anytime I talk to her on the phone and I’m person. We interacted 4 times and all 4 times, she would cut me off and replies with attitude.

Our annual Valentines Dinner 2020 in Pasadena Maryland was an amazing & unforgettable lovely evening. The team at L&B Concepts where professional & passionate about ensuring our visions become a successful reality. In addition, their personalized online ordering system from self-registering our own L&B Concepts account.... to ordering & payment was just superb! We were going to work together for our fourth of July gathering but unfortunately Covid-19 concerns and social distancing was & is still important to us. We will continue to be a repeat client for their luxury and affordable party rentals.

Ohh and to the team...congratulations on new LED programmable dance floor rental "coming soon". We cannot wait to step in style for our Annual upcoming Valentine’s Day 2021 celebrations 😉
