It’s clean there’s no doubt about that. But… it’s lacking in some major equipment( Inner Outer Thigh machine needs updating no Multi press, hip thrust, leverage squat machine they literally have one of XYZ. As far as lifting equipment.place can get pretty crowded it can hold you up especially if you’re trying to do a set work out. They do not have proper labels on some of the equipment. so if you’re a beginner! you’re going to have no clue 🙄 what you’re looking at or what you’re supposed to do. No way to Google it etc. They charged my bank during Covid while they were closed. I shouldn’t have been charged period. at that point in time it wasn’t in the contract. that I needed to support this business during a pandemic outbreak. So that was pretty shady. Then posted thank you‘s on social media 🥴 like we had a choice in the matter. Should’ve probably reported it to the bank as not receiving goods or services. The facility is also haunted. If you ever do catch yourself there alone at any point in time you will here lots of racket. Several employees past and present along with patrons have experienced the same thing. The convenience is nice but, not really worth it .

I've been a member for less than a month. Really happy with my decision to join here. They are open 24 hrs (entry with a key fob). All of the equipment is modern and in great condition, plus it is always very clean. Free weights. And a studio room for group classes or you can take a class by yourself with fitness on demand. Bluetooth for headphones. They have locker rooms, lockers, showers and towels. They basically have anything you want. It's not been crowded since I've been, which I really like. Oh and they have a tanning salon right down the road and you can get a gym/tanning package.

I can honestly say that this gym has been a major part of saving my life...I was at my highest weight 430 lbs and around this time was the first time i walked in the Body Shop. I was warmly greeted by this lady who introduced herself as the owner of the gym smiling from ear to ear (anybody who knows Karen knows what I am talking about! ) . I was already nervous and intimidated by the notion of working out period...let alone in a public gym! She continued smiling and calmly asked me if she could give me a tour. I immediately confided in her that I was nervous about this whole process. She stopped an looked me in the eye and said "What is your name"...and I said, "Willis". She than began to tell me about a time in her life when she battled weight and was out of shape....I looked at her and thought...there is noway that this woman has ever ever ever battled weight or been out of shape, and she is really trying hard to sell me this membership! She saw the unbelief in my eyes and pulled a photo album and i saw it with my own eyes. She told me how she walked into a gym like this one and made a decision to reclaim her health. She also told me how she became a spokesperson for that gym and had a before and after poster of her put to advertise for that gym...I jokingly responded maybe I will be your spokesperson and Have a before and after photo of me. Because of her taking the time and sharing her story, and even checking on me from time to time...I lost over 150 lbs and am now at 270 lbs and in shape! This gym is full of warm community oriented people...it has a very respectful and positive vibe to it and it will satisfy all your fitness needs! I recommend this gym Highly!

I was back home from training in the military for a little over a week and was looking for a place to work out in the meantime. Usually walk-in fees for gyms are $10+ which is expensive even if it's for a few days. I called The Body Shop and the phone was immediately answered by the owner, who was unbelievably accommodating. I was able to get a week pass with 24 hour access for a very reasonable price, with a deposit on the key FOB used to enter the gym which is returned when the FOB itself was given back.

The gym itself is small but has everything you'd need for general gymgoing. For a small town gym it's perfect, there is plenty of cardio equipment, every machine someone would need and a fair amount of free weights. There is only one squat rack but I never had to wait to use it. The staff is very friendly and I think this gym will suit the needs of 95% of anyone who wants to work out.

Place is always clean. Equipments are in excellent conditions. There's a dedicated place to work out without prying eyes or with a projector. Entry to the gym is secure

Expensive to me yet 13 year olds can go as long as staff or family member is there.
Small and convenient.
